Gibby's repaired our underground plumbing in our basement. They did the most terrible concrete work I've ever seen. The concrete is higher than the drain. Now water can pool up in our basement. Thank you gibby's for making me have to spend 4 hours grinding down concrete. You suck!!

I called my home warrenty company for service 12-31-2021. The plumbing is still not fixed and today is 2-1-2022 They installed a new faucet on my tub and I checked after they left, NO HOT water!!! I called right away and now 9 days later they still will not respond to any form of communication! No warm water for bathing in 9 days! Shower still leaks, no hot water, pipes now rattle in the walls, faucet in tub is not attached to the wall(they wedged pieces of the box to hold it) there's a red thing I see at the drain of my stainless sink. List goes on, they won't call back much less come back!
It is now 4 weeks with not warm or hot water in our only tub/shower they refuse to come or call!

Thieves! Told my home warranty company that the job was completed. They received payment for the job when they never even showed up with parts to do the job!

These guys are the worst! Do not use them for any reason at all. Our home warranty company sent them to us when our sewage backed up. They told us the bill would be over $6000.00 if we paid them right then and there. We didn't do it instead had Monty Buchanan come out, he charged us $120.00. We haven't had any problem since and that was 5 months ago. Gibby's is a total rip off!
