So GRATEFUL for Steve GIbbs Plumbing. They have responded immediately to our house twice on zero notice just before holidays. At 3:30 PM on New Years Eve we had a carbon monoxide build-up, and the fire department responded and shut off our furnace. Steve and his team had it going again by 7:30 PM. Just six weeks prior, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, with family staying with us, water started leaking through the kitchen ceiling from a bathroom on the 2nd floor. :-( Steve and his team had the leak stopped quickly and repaired in about two hours. So grateful for their responsiveness, with zero notice, and on the cusp of holidays!

I had a new dishwasher delivered and I called Gibbs to have it installed. Someone actually answered the phone when I called so I didn't have to leave a message and wait days for a return call. That was a plus right there.
We set up an appointment for the very next day at 7:15 am. Matthew arrived right on time and went right to work. This guy definitely knew what he was doing. He disconnected the old washer and moved it out of way onto the deck for me. He did a great job installing the new washer and it took very little time.
I would definitely recommend Gibbs and will keep their number handy for future use. I am very pleased with them.

I noticed a water leak in the basement with a puddle on the floor. I thought it might be the out side faucet and closed the valve. I called 4 different plumbers in the area and only one called me back. Guess who it was? He told me he could come the next day around 11:00 am which would satisfy anyone. However we were leaving for a trip out of state and I asked if he could come earlier. Next thing I know he agrees to show up at 7:15am. He didn't actually show up at 7:15 though, he was 3 minutes early! Anyway the problem got fixed quickly and the cost was more than reasonable. If I ever need help again I will surely call them.

I highly recommend Gibbs. We are new to area and needed a plumber to figure out why we didn't have heat and then fix our natural gas furnace over the winter. Steve came out right away, diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and we were up and running in a matter of minutes. We recently called him for a repair, the team showed up on time and worked efficiently to get our heat back on.
