We looked around for plumbers to do a couple of things on a remodel we are doing in EHT and got some wildly high bids, Chris came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate, showed up the next day and completed the work including a couple of other small plumbing tasks for a very fair price, very professional, polite and thorough. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a fair deal and excellent work, this company is solid and trustworthy. Being a contractor myself I value great work and a fair price! 5 stars for sure!

We just had a new heating and cooling system installed along with a on demand system. It was not a good situation due to our old system failing. Chris is honest, reliable and understanding. He was always available to help out and go the extra mile. All of his team is Fantastic!

Giannone Plumbing & Heating is professional, prompt & their work is
excellent. The technicians came on time, were neat & friendly even
though they had to work in the rain the whole day! I would
not hesitate to recommend them to my family & friends!!

I had these guys come and find where a leak was coming from. I was sure it was the second floor bathroom, but it turned out to be the HVAC unit in the attic! The drain was clogged and it leaked all the way down to the kitchen. That was fixed in no time, then they rerouted some pipes from my other HVAC unit so it drains in the crawl space instead of right outside (it froze up last winter). I wasn't completely happy with the way it was done and they came back the next day, no questions asked, and fixed it to my liking. They are very friendly and not overly expensive. I recommend them for all your plumbing, heating, and air conditioning!

Gianone Plumbing has been servicing my vacation home in Margate for the past twenty years. He has serviced many plumbing and heating repairs, kitchen and bathroom remodels and repaired extensive damages from Hurricane Sandy. He has always been there on time and his prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Beware! Incompetent at best with zero attempts to make a wrong a right by this customer. We have left messages, emails and sent certified letters. No response. Unfortunate as people can take a nice chunk of your hard earned money, yet still choose to burn customers and do them wrong. We believe in being fair and giving everyone the opportunity to make things right. It has come to this, so now I will share our experience. For the sake of brevity, I will keep this short. No heating in our summer home and we saw the Giannone sign. Chris Giannone came out and told us we needed a new system to the tune of 8k+. Summer rental time came around and no air was blowing out of the vents. Unit was running 24x7 with no air. Giannone came back on 2 occasions to tell us the fuses were blown and replaced them. Still nothing. Rental season started and we could not rent, losing essential income that our family relies on. One last visit from Giannone to tell us as a solution we could purchase 2 new wireless untis for the walls at $2900 a piece (REALLY???). We just spent $8,500 on a brand new system that your company installed and that is your solution? Unbelievable. At that time we decided to bring in another company due to the incompetence of Giannone. We certainly take fault in not doing our due diligence. After telling our dear friend who is the top RE agent in the Margate, Longport, Ventnor area of our issue, she advised us that she is aware of many different issues with this company and she would have steered us clear of hiring them. Lesson learned indeed. There were so many installation errors and costly mistakes by Giannone that it cost us a nice penny to rectify, for things that would seem basic for a competent/professional company. Time lost, money lost, damage to our home from incorrect installation that led to heavy leaking through our ceiling etc etc. I will now paste below what a prestigious, well respected company found when they were hired to fix our problem. Keep in mind that Giannone installed a new system that was 1 ton more than what they removed and totally unnecessary for the small home that we have. This error further cost us to now have to cut out bigger returns throughout the house to compensate for a new bigger unit now starving for air. Basic static pressure readings and flex duct checks (which obviously was not done at any point from start to their return visits) should have been obvious to do for ""professionals"". Who installs a brand new entire Hvac system and doesn't do this? Giannone doesn't. Here is what the real pro's found.

""Work Performed Jul 8, 2016
upon arrival the cust informed me that the place was not cooling I ran the system and check the operation found the system to be operating properly but felt no air coming out of multiple vents in the house. went into the crawl found 3 Flex lines disconnected and three completely filled with water strongly recommend having the ducts cleaned and need to order 6 Flex lines of ductwork. the system is operating now but the duct lines need to be replaced. quoted $600-800 for duct work repair and $ 387 for duct cleaning.""

""Jul 8, 2016 ****attention Janet **** need 4 hours for the job and 2 of the smallest techs to fit in 2 ft crawl space ****attention roy **** please order the following *(3) 25 ft 5 inch flex duct *(3)25 ft 6 inch flex duct *(1) 6 inch flex coupling *(1)5 inch flex coupling *roll of metal tape * 2 dryvac suits""

""Jul 8, 2016 Regular Time Dispatch Fee Jul 22, 2016 removed the old flex lines in the crawl space thst were filled with water then installed new flex lines to the system and found the air flow to be struggling still throughout the home. I inspected the air handler in the attic and found the return flex duct was disconnected from the coupling sucking in 95° attic air ,as well as the filter door took a static pressure reading at the return , reading 1.20 indicating the return is undersized and needs to have more return air added . also noticed condensation flowing out of the evap door due to the condensation line being installed in the wrong port and over flowing into the secondary pan. also found the evap cabinet crushed on the far left end where it transitions into the supply duct due to the weight of the supply duct pulling it down from the lack of support. then checked the pressures and found the unit 2lbs low of r410, i corrected the chsrge but thesystem is operating inefficient at this time mark Peters will be handling the adjustments to fix the issues.""

The issues continued but you get the jist here. Good Luck!

Everyone at Giannone worked hard to provide excellent customer service through every part of the process while redoing our half bathroom. The crew were on time and polite. It does not take long to make an appointment for someone to come out. I felt the services of installing toilet and vanity/sink were well priced, as it's work that I couldn't do myself! I would definitely recommend Giannone for household plumbing jobs.

Based on excellent previous YELP reviews I gave Giannone a call for our air conditioner which suddenly stopped working. Within a couple of hours Mike showed up at our door and quickly and expertly diagnosed our problem. We had a quick fix at a very reasonable price the same day we called. I would highly recommend them for any services needed.

After EXTENSIVELY interviewing many Plumbing and Heating companies in the S Jersey area regarding replacing my hot water and boiler systems, I decided on Chris Giannone because he seemed to be the most knowledgable about the new Navien Combi Boiler and Water Heater system, and he had the best pricing. One day before Spring, Chris and his crew installed on the wall in my laundry room the Combi system replacing the large and bulky heater and hot water tank, which took up so much room. When they were done, Chris completed the paperwork for a $700 rebate.

I recently received a call for SJ Gas asking if they could inspect the Combi Navien system and if it was energy efficient, I would be entitled to an additional $500 rebate. When the inspector came to check for energy efficiency he said that he had seen hundreds of Navien systems installed but that majority were not installed correctly, and was impressed that Giannone
had installed it the way it was supposed to be installed, which made me very happy.
So I am highly recommending them and the Combi Navien!
