Purchased a Giagni Pompa Pre Rinse kitchen faucet when we remodeled the kitchen. Installed about 06-2020. Now unless the water is on full force the head leaks. There are no parts listing on Giagni website. You call and it goes direct to ""you are calling after business hours"", no matter what time of day I call. They give your their email to submit requests but I have yet to get any return response. It is now 12-21-22, over a month of emails and calls and no response from the company. I expect even a cheap faucet to last more than 2.5 years before they start to leak.

My Giagni faucet began leaking shortly after purchase. I called a plumber and he informed me that the part I need is proprietary and can only be obtained from Giagni. I called Giagni and emailed them dozens of times with no response. I called the company that sold me the faucet and they told me that they stopped working with Giagni because of customer service problems. My plumber told me they have had the same problem. So I'm stuck with a leaking bathtub that cannot be repaired.

I request that Giagni send me a set of replacement cartridges. Although the parts are under warranty, I will even pay for them. I just want to be able to use my bathtub again.

terrible customer support.We bought a Giagni sink and faucet from a big box store and the sink came apart 4 months afterwards. past the store's warranty period. Gianni support won't answe emails or messages. Supposed to have lifetime warranty. Won't make this Mistake again, hope you don't either

On that address there is no Giagni enterprises company. His kitchen faucets are worst quality on market. And when you try reaching him for replacement parts you realize it is a one man party - same voice greets you, same vice is tech support, same voice is accounting etc, and he is never ""home' (apparently he works from home,not a real office.My advice, don't buy faucets with Giagni logo!
