If it were possible to give zero stars I would.
We contacted G & G to replace a dead thermostat in our home. The technician came at 8pm the following the day and replaced it. We were told it was working but to give it 15 min for it to completely unlock. If we had any problems to give them a call. The air never turned on as the thermostat was displaying. We contacted them first thing the following day. They were supposed to return between 5-8pm that day to correct it. They did not come nor did they call & communicate they weren't coming. WECALLED THEM and they told us it would have to be the following day, same time. Again the following day no show. No call. WE CALLED AGAIN and they rescheduled to come the next day. Again no show, no call. This morning the outside temp got down to 30 degrees. We are without air or heat. 3 DAYS and they still did not correct the issue. They were called by our warranty provider this morning and they promised to contact us within that hour. We have passed that hour and no call. We have never been treated so unprofessionally by a service company EVER. This is beyond unacceptable. It completely contradicts what their About statement online claims-

The comfort of your home is our #1 goal. G&G Service group aims for perfection on every repair, new installation, and customer interaction.""
Our experience with G and G Services so far is quite the opposite of that statement and is ABSOLUTELY ABOMINABLE SERVICE !!!

Called these guys on a weekend to fix my air conditioning and they responded quickly and at a reasonable rate. Fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company! Their technicians are super knowledgeable and professional.

About a month ago my A.C was giving me trouble and one day it just decided to stop working. This happened to be during one of the hottest weeks we had this year. I called several local HVAC companies and after speaking with the owner of G and G services Gary, I decided to hire them to help me with my house that felt like it was on fire. Gary him self arrived promptly and ready to help me out the same day. After looking at my unit for a short amount of time, he told me that it was a simple fix and he would have my unit back up and running in no time. I would most definitely hire G and G services again due to there speedy service, professionalism, and great prices!

The guys were great. I thought it was going to be a difficult task, but they rewired my AC system back really fast . I thought it was going to take them a long time to rewire it , but it didn't , he did it fast and charged me a great affordable price versus the big commercial company's price. I'm a single mother of 4 so, I definitely will be calling them again if I need any work done on my AC unit. Thank you so much Gary and Chris.
