Our sewer main blew an access cap on a Saturday evening during a birthday party. fecal water and mushy toilet paper was all over my basement floor. 2"" of standing water.

I contacted Roto Rooter and was met with an automated message and elevator music. I quickly hanged up and contacted the next company on the list, G&G Rooter. Kory answered the phone on the first ring. I gave him a brief description of the issue and provided him my address.

5 minutes later Kory was at my door. 20 minutes later the problem was fixed. Kory rooted my sewer main which was clogged with a toilet paper. he also cleared a plugged floor drain and replaced the access cap

Kory was very knowledgeable and provided advise to prevent a future issue. the bill was reasonable too. about $200 dollars less than I expected.

First of all, Corey followed all the Covid rules when he arrived at my home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with the job he had to work on. He was able to unclog the downspouts that went under the ground from my home. His pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend G&G Rooter.

G & G Rooter is an incredible plumbing, sewer and drain cleaning service. I was visiting my dad in Roscoe when his basement had sudden sewer/septic back up. It was late at night around 7 and I quickly googled local 24 hour emergency septic services. I called 3 companies that said no to us but advertised they were 24 hour. Next on the list was G & G rooter. Kory picked up the phone quickly and promised to come. He gave specific time and even called me on the way to assure me he was just 8 min away. He worked so hard fixing everything. As my dad said he did more work than any plumber or septic worker has ever done inside and outside the house. It was cold and rainy and he was so kind and professional. For being 10 pm his prices were so fair and we happily gave him even a bit more. If you are looking for a professional please use Kory's company. He came down from Janesville to Roscoe so late. 5 stars.
