Nick from G&G arrived promptly to give us information and a quote for a ductless mini split. We had recently purchased our home, and the room with one wall against the garage was very cold. We kept the door shut so the cold air would not enter the rest of the house. Nick climbed into the attic. He determined that we actually did have heat in that room, but with the door closed it would not get warm. He recommended that we leave the door open rather than invest in a ductless unit. His professionalism and honesty is much appreciated. Based on this experience we highly recommend G&G Heating.

I called and they came out the next morning. The worker was quick and efficient. Was here a half hour and replaced my thermocouple and went on his way. A little expensive, but they came promptly and got the job done.

Last Friday morning I realized that our natural gas hot water heater had succumbed overnight. I called a plumbing service recommended by my neighbor, and they kindly called me back Monday to explain they were booked through mid-July. I spent the next couple hours researching and placing calls to plumbers all over Thurston, Pierce and Mason counties. Ultimately I received a call-back from G & G Heating, and an hour later their scheduler let me know a crew would be here today between 11:30-1:30. They arrived at 11:40, and two hours later their work was done!

Things I really appreciated: The scheduler told me what the cost of the new tank and service would be, and it was exactly that. Greg, who has been a plumber for 34 years, came up from the cellar every 30 minutes or so to give me brief updates.

I have recently become anxiety-prone when confronted with unexpected household problems and challenges. But there was zero drama. Overall, what I most appreciated about G & G was their representatives' overall professionalism, including two charming and competent female office workers.

I use G & G to service my furnace and fireplace. They are always kind and prompt. Their technician answered all my questions and was very courteous. He cleaned up after himself and I was very happy. He was honest with not being able to service my electric water heater which I really appreciated. In the past they have been more than willing to address any concerns I have about my heating systems and have always been willing to help. I highly recommend this business.

My furnace recently stopped blowing hot air. I called G&G for annual maintenance and to diagnose the issue. They quickly found a faulty circuit board and replaced it for me. The part was still under warranty and they processed the warranty claim to save me $200. Thank you for the great service and I highly recommend them!

Don't bother calling if you live beyond 10 miles of this business. They service Tenino within their service area, but cannot be bothered to go two miles further to Bucoda. I try to support small, local business when possible, they usually care more about their customers than the almighty buck

I have used G & G for years. I own three properties and they service all three - heating and air conditioning. I have never had a problem. I have been on location when they provide service. Polite, knowledgeable and always explain everything. Never have felt ripped off. I will continue to use their services. They also did a good job installing a new 70 gallon water heater at my own residence.

WATCH OUT! I paid G&G $1,100.00 to fix my furnace. They didn't. They said furnace was so old and obsolete that all the parts necessary were no longer available.
They billed me another, unauthorized, $800.00 for continuing to work on a furnace that couldn't be fixed!
They then offered me a 'real deal' on a new furnace - $3,800.00.
Another company installed the exact make and model proposed by G&G for just $2,176.00.
You need HVAC work? I would recommend avoiding this company like the plague.

UPDATE. The response by the company owner was very interesting as I had never met or talked to the man. I experienced everything 1st hand, as he only had nervous employees' 2nd hand information to rely on. Grain of salt folks, grain of da

UPDATE. I am still waiting for a reply from the business owner. He replies to Yelp and Better Business Bureau but not to me directly.
As a footnote, Visa said it was OK for the business to keep my money even though the service was not provided.
They don't fight for consumers - that's BS.
