Had him do some other work for me that worked out. (He actually subbed to another company..) Needed him to install tankless water heater. He """"said"""" he looked at specs for unit i had all-ready then installed it on wall in garage adjacent to family room. UNIT ended up being very LOUD, and after calling Rheem, he should have never installed in that location. Poorly mounted among, no gas or water cuts off near unit among other issues. Tried several times to get Gerald to come back and move unit and was even willing to pay extra. Never show after talking to him several time. He does not know what he is doing!. Ended up using Davis and Son, came out the same day and corrected problems at minimal fee.

I had an appointment with Gerald at GFI plumbing today and could not get him to answer the phone. I texted him and he told me there was an issue at another site and would call when he left from there. Fine, not a problem I understand that things come up. 3 hours later and I have nothing from him. No phone call, no more text. Radio silent. My home warranty company set this provider up, and if they try to again I will not let them. Absolutely disappointed in the way they're treating me. If you are assigned Gerald, go ahead and cancel your appointment and find a different contractor. It will save your time, frustration, and hopefully you'll actually have your plumbing problem fixed.

i spoke with gerald at gfi, he set up two appointments with me, on two different days and he never showed up never called.. i told him my insurance compnay was coming out and i needed to see a plumber, i told him if he could not make it, please let me know, he never called. i had to get a plumber at the last miniute. i will never call again, how very unprofessional they are. my co-worker referred me i told her and she said she would never refer them ever again!

If I could give them minus 10 I would. By far the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. The owner is obviously overwhelmed and cant handle multiple things at once. This company will make an appointment but will not show up. When you call back to ask what happened the owner is clueless. Worst company ever

I'm a home owner, when I bought this home I Purchase home owner insurance, with 2-10 home owner warranty, I had an plumbing issue, so they assign GFI, they never called I had to call them when I did, I spoke with Gerald he told me text him all my information, I did no response again I called back 4 days later, he then said that he didn't have the equipment to do the job, now this is day 5 with sewer water in my basement! He knew this the whole time and wasn't Decent enough to let me know that in the beginning, so I had to called 2-10 homeowners ins, who gave me the run around too! I saw the reviews on both companies and most were 2 stars, ppl are telling the truth about both companies both are horrible do not use them you will regret it!!!!!

GFI Plumbing LLC is not a professional company. They don't respond to service calls. I placed a service call with my warranty company on 12/15/2020 and here it now 12/29/2020 and still no response. I called them and the owner said he would call back and did not. I don't care to work with unprofessional tradesmen.

I have been waiting over a week to get my water heater fixed. I've called several times and getting sent straight to voicemail. 1 time he finally answered to tell me he'll call me right back. I'm still waiting. Most horrible service. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Unprofessional.

I recently had some plumbing work done. He finished my water heater that was in a tight space in our garage in about 2 hours. I was impressed. We had been without hot water for over 3 days. Thanks for giving us hot water.

Great repair on my kitchen sink through my home warranty. He was on time, professional and very through about the installation job. In addition, he cleaned up and hauled the old faucet away. Great job!!!
