When my water heater went out on a Saturday, I contacted Scott at GFC Plumbing right away. I sent photos and details, and he got me on the schedule for Monday morning. He confirmed the appointment, gave me a heads-up when he was on the way, and arrived within the window--super professional, courteous, and communicative.

Scott walked me through the job, gave an honest time estimate, and even reminded me before shutting off the water so I could prep for the morning (lifesaver for my pets!). The water heater install was efficient and clean. After a freezing cold shower on Sunday, having hot water again felt like a gift!

This small business really delivers! We needed a water line installed to go into our new refrigerator. It was a tough job because the home remodelers had buried the original line. However, Delbert came out and came up with a fix and now we're up and running. He also fixed a problem we had with a bathtub not draining. He was extremely courteous and thoroughly explained what he was going to do. Also, pricing was very fair.
