Signed up for the service agreement last year and it is totally worth it. I don't remember all of the specifics, but you pay up front for two HVAC maintenance visits in the spring and fall. This then gives your priority on service calls, regular labor rates on weekends and after hours, and a discount on parts.
Tonight our air conditioner went out and the service tech was at our house within 15 minutes. Now that was obviously very good timing and luck, but the service was fast and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more. Writing this review in a nice cool house! Thank you Scott!
