Javier and his crew were great. Javier came out on the Sunday before Christmas and cleared roots from my sewer line for less than $100. I was pretty sure that I would need a full on pipe lining, because the roots would just come back. Javier gave me a very competitive quote to jet the pipes and then line the pipes, so that the roots would not come back. He schedule the work for only a few days later and his crew was right on time. They did a great job digging up the yard, installing the pipe lining, and then filling the hole back up again. Great value!!! Highly Recommend these guys!

I can not thank this company enough! Last night at 11:30, my 3 year old decided she needed to potty while I was asleep. She then decided she needed to use half of the roll of toilet paper! She woke me up yelling, ""Mommy! Water!"" I got up, and our toilet was overflowing! In spite of my efforts, I couldn't get the clog out. So I sat down, frustrated and exhausted, and looked up plumbing services. Sent the request for a clogged toilet for as soon as possible, and within less than 10 minutes, I got a response, and they came today! When Javier got here, he was professional and upfront with pricing. He got to work and was done in less than 20 mins! I didn't know he was the owner until he told me. I appreciated seeing him out helping his team! I would 100/10 recommend this company again!!

Thank you Get Rooter and Plumbing for helping us out! We had an emergency on a Saturday evening, and they were able to schedule us in with a quick response time. They were able to run a camera and rooter through our pipes and ensure that we could run our water again, in short order. They listened respectfully as we walked through all the issues we were facing and addressed them all, and provided recommendations or guidance for us moving forward. I appreciated that at no point did it seem like they were trying to sell us anything or overcharge us. They just addressed our concerns and provided some recommendations to use moving forward. I'll definitely use Get Rooter again. Thank you!

Manny showed up pretty fast but ultimately couldn't remove the clog in my sewer line. Not necessarily his fault because the company doesn't do clean outs via the roof and he couldn't get to it by removing the toilet. No charge even though the was here for over an hour.

I had a blocked up drain that was overflowing on my sink. Javier got back to me right away through Yelp messaging. Scheduled an appointment to assess the next day. They were right on time as stated. Manny came in and I explained what happened. He released the pressure from the outside and explained to me what was going on. Stated that our HOA had to be the one to snake the blockage from the drainage. I then asked Manny how much I owed him for the help. He said no cost just to assess it. This is the type of business with honest working people behind them. Very grateful for all the help!! Definitely recommend you hire them! Mannie and Javier were both helpful and responsive a day before Christmas Eve ! Mannie came out to try and clear clogged drain I had tried to snake and other methods with no success . When he got to my house turns out the clog had cleared I felt bad he came out for nothing but Mannie was so nice about it . I did need garbage disposal installed so I scheduled appointment for that . They did a nice job. From the beginning Javier was super responsive and helpful. Both times they showed up within the window of time they had provided. I am very grateful for the honesty and understanding they both showed me . Highly recommend this company

Asked for a quote on replacing toilet fill valve, supply line and flush handle on one toilet. They proceeded to tell me I need to replace my toilet, umm no way possible that it needed it. Unsat quality service. Also did they keep saying to come by to see, umm nope, not gonna happen. Do not recommend.
