My water heater went out and I called Mandel Bishop on a reference from a friend. One of the team, Ron, came out within a few hours the same day, and determined the water heater thermal regulator was broken. The next day they installed a high-quality heater and will be back next week to install the right safety straps for earthquake safety. The people that flipped the house did not have the right safety harness on the heater. Good thing there wasn't a strong enough earthquake or that could have been disastrous. Mandel answered all of my many questions professionally and was so understanding. Highly recommend this group!

We were having an issue with our toilet handle drooping after being flushed, so it would constantly cause the toilet to run. Ron came over quickly and diagnosed the problem and got a new handle for us ordered. When he came back I also had a new kitchen sink faucet that needed to be installed and he was able to tackle them both. He was SUPER responsive via text in trying to get the appointments scheduled. Worst service ever. Ron charged me $225.00 to clamp a leaky pipe in a small section of my closet and $2500.00 for two blowers and a dehumidifier because of mold from the leak. He recommended his company to handle the whole job. After feeling pressured by someone he connected me to on the phone I agreed. He had his equipment hooked up for 2 days. When he came to get his equipment a plumber I hired came out minutes after he left. He stuck his hand under the clamp and showed me water dripping in his hand which prove that Ron did not clamp it correctly. Now I am out of all this money because all he did was blowed hot air on a leak he did not secure correctly. Ladies beware of companies that tries to pressure you into making quick decisions just so they can get a check.

Worked with Ron over phone initially, he asked to come over to check the project: install for vanity and toilet. We discussed the price and scheduled over the weekend. Ron sent a friend Kevin to do the job. He found some issues with the drain and had to do some extra work. This was discussed with Ron and he was respectful and accommodating of the changes. Once we agreed on renegotiated price, the work was done swiftly, cleanly and carefully. Happy and will recommend!
