Part 1: We had an emergency plumbing issue with our shower drain and water wasn't going down. After searching we found Get Rapid on Yelp and contacted them right away to see if someone could come fix our issue. Ron responded quickly and was able to come to our condo within the hour. Ron is very nice, professional, honest and understanding. He wasn't able to solve the issue right away and stayed until 9:00PM. Ron promised to come back the next day afternoon to help us and bring back more equipment to fix the issue. He also agreed to help us with our broken kitchen disposal and replace our shower head with a new one. He was honest and straightforward with the pricing which we appreciated.

Part 2: On Saturday afternoon, Ron came back between his already scheduled appointments and worked on all these matters within 4 hours. Our pipes are connected to the next door unit, so there was an unexpected issue due to that and the older building, so Ron contacted his colleague to come inspect the shower issue and get it completely fixed.

I really recommend Ron and his team to anyone looking for emergency services. He's thorough and managed the situation with great professionalism. We could not be more grateful for all of his help!

Unlicensed, negligent, and non-responsive.

We hired Get Rapid Restoration six months ago to reseal a leaking tub and fix the water damage the leak had caused.

But it turned out they did an incompetent job of resealing the tub, so it was still leaking. And six months later, the water damage was back.

I made repeated attempts to contact them about this, but they just ghosted me.

That's when I checked the California State Licensing Board website and discovered that Get Rapid Restoration doesn't even have a license, and had been doing the work illegally.

Stay away. Hire a legitimate, licensed contractor to do the work competently and legally.

I called this company they finally came out they checked plumbing to determine how to fix the copper pipe. Anthony the lead plumber said it would be 275.00 to fix. He scheduled me for Wednesday and never showed up, not even a courtesy call. Definitely do NOT recommend this service at all!

Called this place on a Sunday afternoon when all the other plumbers were closed (half days on Sunday's). These guys answered right away and came out within an hour. Appreciate the prompt service. Issue was a plugged shower drain which they snaked quickly.

Ron helped address a clogged bathtub as well as a leak in the tub. Since the tub was on the second floor of a rental unit I needed this done ASAP. I was able to get a quote within an hour on a Friday night and the work was completed the following day. The price was fair and it was easy to coordinate with Ron. Will be using his service again in the future.
