These guys were awesome. My main line was suddenly clogged with a houseful of guests and they were here within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday. OF COURSE my old house ended up having wonky access issues to the main pipe but they kept trying everything to get my issue resolved. The cheapest option is not always the best option. I went with him because he quoted 95$ for my clogged toilet. He came on time and 3 hrs after he left the toilet clogged again. I called him
and he said I had to pay 650$ for a Hydrojetting for the clog to go away since it was caused by buildup in the pipes.Luckily my handyman that we used on a regular basis was close by and we rented the big snake from Truevalue to clear the clog. We found that somebody had flushed some masks down the toilet. Since Ron did not use the big snake it temporarily relieved it and the clog came back. He did use the professional big snake that big companies use. Sadly, I will not be using their service again.

My water heater went out and I called Mandel Bishop on a reference from a friend. One of the team, Ron, came out within a few hours the same day, and determined the water heater thermal regulator was broken. The next day they installed a high-quality heater and will be back next week to install the right safety straps for earthquake safety. The people that flipped the house did not have the right safety harness on the heater. Good thing there wasn't a strong enough earthquake or that could have been disastrous. Mandel answered all of my many questions professionally and was so understanding. Highly recommend this group!

Ron came over quickly and diagnosed the problem and got a new handle for us ordered. When he came back I also had a new kitchen sink faucet that needed to be installed and he was able to tackle them both. He was SUPER responsive via text in trying to get the appointments scheduled.
