Fast!!! Called, then texted address. This was for an investment property of mine. Had a clogged sink and jacuzzi tub that wasn't draining. They came out fairly quickly and repaired both problems.

They charged $220 for about 2 hours worth of work. I assume that's reasonable.

They charge a $65 trip charge which applies to repairs. I advise if a major company is giving you a high quote, call and get another estimate to avoid overpaying.

Quick response to my request for a quote to install a new sink and garbage disposal at my mother's home. He was on time (early actually), professional and did a first-class job...at a very fair price! Would highly recommend!

The plumbing guys with the price "book" wanted $350. Get It Done plumbing got it done for $180. Quick, well done. Will use again, until they get a book (my last plumber was good until he started using a book).
Only drawback is that they are busy, and you may not get same day service, but that is a good sign.

They did an excellent job. We set up an appointment within a day. They came on a Saturday even though they weren't open. I had an old kitchen faucet removed and a new one installed. They came on time and finished quickly. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I had an appointment scheduled for today, which was cancelled via text message last-minute, claiming their Tech wasn't able to get to my home due to Hwy 6 South of I-10 being closed. Having experienced Harvey, I FULLY understand the obstacles impeding traffic right now, however I would think having taken the day off for the appointment, I deserve at at least a courtesy phone call rather than an impersonal text message, saying my appointment is cancelled and NOT offering any recourse or reschedule oprions. I texted the same back to the owner, and never received a response. Get It Done Plumbing certainly did not live up to their name and will not be getting any future business from either myself or my extended family. Very disappointed.

Called one night about 7:30 pm and they were at my house 1:30 pm the next day - actually a little bit early. Super responsive, friendly, and consultative. Pricing was quite reasonable. Family run business - Nestor came to our house. This will be my "go to" plumber going forward!

We requested a consultation after our home owner's insurance said that we have galvanized pipes. The company sent Emilio and he was really great. He looked at all the areas (under sinks/water heaters) and really went above and beyond by going into the attic. Ultimately our insurance was wrong! We have copper and metal. Get It Done and Emilio really helped. Emilio was prompt and polite. I'd recommend and use them again!

Hector was at my place today, 40 minutes after my phone call. He replaced a rusted drainer connector under my sink which had begun to leak. I had bought the part in case needed but he used the part on his truck which was considerable less expensive and very comparable to mine. Showing him the galvanized pipe connector to my gas heater, I realized one of those was so rusted it had begun to leak. He replaced that for me and showed me how to drain my hot water heater. Service was great. Price very reasonable. He and his 2 brothers are insured and have been in plumbing business for many years. Very courteous and answered my many many questions very patiently. I appreciate your guy Jose showing up an hour late for his appt, not bothering to call to say he was running late, wasting our time essentially. We were charged $120 for literally 10 minutes worth of work to unclog our upstairs bathroom with a snake is utterly absurd. I would understand if it was considered an emergency visit, charging extra but this appt was set up days in advance. Will definitely be shopping around for other plumbers in the future
