I called three plumbers to get an estimate on a kitchen faucet replacement. One, whom I used before, was more that the Moen faucet. Other two needed to look at the faucet for a $ trip charge. Lowes posted a price. A neighbor referred Get it Done. Emilio gave me a good quote over the phone and could get the job done, now. He had Nestor, close by, finishing a job. Nestor came within the hour. He and his partner put covering on their shoes. Nestor removed my under sink slide out drawer. Installed new faucet. Then, reinstalled the slide out drawer. He hauled off broken faucet. They were gone in less than an hour. I found my new plumber and am telling all my friends.

I am quite pleased with the service provided by this company. I've gotten two repairs done by them and so far so good. The first time I was definitely overcharged for replacing a small valve in the toilet but the owner was nice enough to give me a better deal with my second repair. If all goes well, I plan on using this company for future repairs, given they keep their prices reasonable. The owner is a nice guy and is understanding of your needs so I'd recommend messaging him if you have any questions or concerns.

I initially used them to fix/update a gas valve for my new dryer. They were able to come the very next day and even brought protective booties for their shoes to keep my house clean. I was very impressed by that.

He was fast and efficient and even looked at other potential problems and gave me a free estimate. I shopped around and his prices are cheaper than others and his reviews are better.

Then a few weeks later we found a leaky pipe right before we went to bed. I called him the next morning and he came in the afternoon to fix it. He offered us two options, a patch or new pipe. The new pipe was more than double the patch cost. He recommended using the patch and we appreciated that he didn't try to push the more expensive option.

Overall, they are my new plumbers and I'll continue to use them for any other future needs. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs

Called him to see what happened. He forgot. Sorry but that just cant happen.

They did not even bother to return my phone call, even though I asked specifically that they call if they couldn't get out to do it since I needed someone that day. I waited, because of the 5 stars, and because thy are in my zip code. Very unfortunate.

OK, based on yelp, gave these guys a chance. I have a home warranty and they sent out a competitor (see other review) to see if my leak was covered or not. After a $60.00 service fee, the competitor said it was the shower pan and that is not covered under my home warranty. I sent them away as I felt like I was being lied to. So, I called Get It Done Plumbing, and got a complete 200% better experience. The receptionist was more than pleasant and kept me in the loop if there were any delays. They arrived and I went over my whole problem again. The plumbers that arrived agreed with me that it did not seem like a shower pan problem at all. They went up in the attic and found the issue within 5 minutes. They fixed it, the price, very reasonable. I highly recommend picking these guys first.

Get it Done Plumbing got it done for me! The owner Emilio, was great with responding to my requests via phone and with dispatching out a plumber. Arturo, the plumber who did my work, was EXCELLENT! Pilot was out on water heater and needed a thermocouple replacement. Emilio came and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. Had another plumbing issue that had been plaguing us for weeks and had him check it out. A handy man had already visited us twice and was always unable to resolve the issue (a tub faucet leak). Emilio fixed it again in about 10 minutes. Had a third issue. He tried to repair it but it required a specific brand part (even his universal replacement would not suffice) and he could not, but he showed me the issue, identified the make and part that I needed and showed me how to do the replacement myself. And the price was more than reasonable. He was fast, efficient, and honest, all of the things you look for in a plumber.
