I will highly recommend TL Back Plumbing for any plumbing issue you have. I had a clog line from my washing machine. I searched online and found TL Back Plumbing decided to give him a call and I was VERY VERY Happy with the results!! He was able to snake my line and get it unclogged. Tyree was very professional, very thorough, Great pricing and very well educated. He made sure I understood and did not hesitate to answer the many questions I had. Before calling Tyree I had a company come out and tell me my best option was to move the washing machine to the other end of the house, another company came out tried to snake it and advised I had to tear up my whole concrete basement floor to fix the issue. Thankfully the other companies were incorrect and my problem has been resolved!! Please give him a call for any and all of your plumbing needs. I am more than satisfied!!

Made an appointment, or so I thought. Plumber never confirmed, only communicated thru Yelp even though I supplied my phone number. Never showed up, never responded to messages. Appt was 11-12, it is now 2:30. Tried to support an independent small business, but epic fail here. Going with bigger company. My time is money too.

I contacted them for an estimate for what appears to be a wax ring leak from my toilet upstairs. The estimate came back at $250 to $350. If you have a basic understanding of plumbing that is ridiculous.

Tyree was very helpful and responsive, he was willing to come out on a weekend to give an estimate on repair or replacement of our sewer pipes. Initially we were just pursuing traditional sewer repair/replacement but now we're looking into trenchless sewer replacement so we weren't able to use T L Back Plumbing since it wasn't an option with them yet. We're very happy with their quick response and flexiblity regarding our situation.

Let me first say that I was nervous about calling a plumber. Because you don't know who you are going to get, how much they are going to charge you, and how they are going to treat you and your situation. But let me say that Ty was phenomenal. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He was patient with all my questions and was done super quick. Not only were his prices reasonable, but he was super honest about his pricing and everything. This was probably the BEST decision I made. Tyree explained everything he was doing and made sure I knew my options. I was super pleased with the service and my pipes look amazing! I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did.

First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket.

I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.
