Prior to starting GESSEN, I invested years involved in both residential construction and practical HVAC installation — in real environments, with real equipment, and working under tight deadlines. I quickly learned that no matter how skilled you are, what stays with clients is the way you treat them. This motivated me to create GESSEN: to offer clean, honest, and precise HVAC service — covering ductless mini-split installations to furnace upgrades, air conditioning service, and comprehensive comfort system design. I aimed not to be “just another guy with a van.” I aimed to build a company where customers felt secure from the initial contact to the completion of the job. I personally oversee every job. Whether it’s a heat pump or air duct cleaning — we won’t finish until it’s right. I believe in: Transparent communication, lasting client relationships, and quality craftsmanship — that we take pride in.
