Before founding GESSEN, I invested years working in both residential construction and hands-on HVAC installation — in real environments, using real tools, and facing real deadlines. I realized that no matter how skilled you are, what clients remember is how you treat them. This inspired me to start GESSEN: to provide clean, honest, and precise HVAC service — covering ductless mini-split installations to furnace upgrades, air conditioning service, and complete comfort system design. I didn’t want to be “just another guy with a van.” I wanted to create a firm where clients felt confident from the initial contact to the last check. I supervise every job. From a heat pump or air duct cleaning — we ensure it’s completed to perfection. I stand by: Effective communication, long-term client relationships, and skilled workmanship — that we take pride in.
