Had some come out and look at my water heater. BTW he was a day late. Was told to call back if problem persists. I had to call back an hour later and left a message. I left multiple messages. They finally called back and someone said that the plumber will be calling me back. That didnt happen. It has been 2+ weeks since someone came out. Their customer service must not be a high priority because it is terrible. I will NEVER use them and recommend that no one does.
