I called these guys to come and clean out a plugged sewer line for my tenant. They were able to come out - even though it was dark by the time they were able to come out. Their rates are really reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

I also had a problem with their making an appointment but apparently not getting it on the books because I had to call and reschedule when they didn't show up. I had some leaky faucets and toilets and a kitchen hose to be replaced. I was charged $147 for less than 1 hours work. When they finished, one faucet's knobs turned the wrong direction and started leaking very badly in about 6 weeks.

Guy took forever and did not know what to do.Had to help him with things also he said he did not know what to do also water faucet started to leak and burned my dads hand cause it shot out with burning water water was every where do not use this place

Called this morning & talked to the owner about my water heater. He said he would send someone by today, they would call when enroute. I sat by the phone until 4:30 & called the office, talked to the owner again. He said the repairman was nearby, surprised he hadn't called me, said he would call him & call me back. Still no phone call, I called the office one more time & got his voice mail! I don't know about their service, they never called or showed up!
