Geronimo installed a badly needed, exterior, water pressure valve for me. He asked a very competitive, reasonable price, provided timely communication, arrived promptly, discussed the problem in detail, did an excellent job of replacing the valve, and left my property neatly tended (no piles of dirt or mud or ruined shrubs). Geronimo has helped me twice already with a few plumbing issues. Replaced a faulty shower cartridge, as well as installed a new Pressure Regulator valve and water main shutoff. I had a leak in a section of old galvanized pipe under my house. Geronimo was able to come the next afternoon. I took a look at his reviews on Yelp! and decided to look no further for someone who could come any sooner--he sounded like the kind of person I wanted to do business with! And he didn't disappoint. He was running close to the end of the (1 hour!) arrival window he had set for himself, so he called me to let me know he was about 15 minutes away. I think he got to my place within the time window any way. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what he proposed, gave a very reasonable quote on-the-spot, and took care of it professionally. I look forward to hiring him for some additional plumbing I need to have done.

Excellent response time, very knowledgeable and willing to explain his thought process. Pricing was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly and professionally he addressed issue (was on location within 24 hours of request, and repair was completed immediately).

I needed a p-trap and studor vent installed (older house that did not have a p-trap on washing machine drain). My main concern was there was a leaking running trap. Multiple other larger companies said they could do job, just to waste my time by scheduling a 4-6 hour window, waiting until end of window, and either coming out and telling me they wouldn't install a studor vent or just calling and telling me they couldn't do it (after I sent very specific diagrams and instructions of what I needed and their dispatch told me that they did indeed provide those services). Had one even tell me it would cost $12,850 to remove the running trap and install p-trap, excluding all repair work. When I told that company's plumber that called me that I was not certain I did have a running trap, he told me it would be $499 just to run camera to check. This was at 6:40pm when I was given a 2pm-6pm window, so he obviously just did not want to work. Geronimo responded and repaired by 6pm the next day - only charged a nominal fee to run the camera, confirming that I did NOT have a running trap, and I had zero question or issue with the labor and material charges he quoted, especially considering all the work was done after 5pm, and all charges were exactly as quoted.

Have his number saved for all future plumbing issues, highly recommend. It is very hard to come by an honest, responsive, and reasonably priced plumber - this is one of those diamonds in the rough, and it is also great to support a small local business.
