A pipe burst in my basement due to sustained freezing temperatures. I called Germaine plumbing and Keith and Henry arrived 2 hours later. They quickly fixed the pipe and replaced three pressure relief valves on my Boiler. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. It took them just over 2 hours to fix everything. The repair cost was reasonable for the amount of work they did. I would recommend Germaine Plumbing to anyone in need of their services.

Truly excellent experience. No one wants to hear that their furnace is shot, especially with the holidays approaching. Never the less I found myself in the predicament.

After obtaining a quote from my oil company I decided to investigate converting to LP gas as I already have an LP fireplace, cooking stove, and hot water heater.

Mike Germain arrived on the day I phoned him, worked up an estimate, which included a re engineering of the duct system in our very unique home.

The service people and staff were prompt, efficient and pleasant. Came precisely when they said they would, did stellar work, and cleaned up amazingly.

Mr. Germain came to my home as an inspector for my town when I had had work done. He found many flaws that I had no idea existed. I had to call the gas company. I was told I had been sitting on a ticking time bomb for over two years due to the errors of another company I had hire through Service Magic, Platinum Plumbing.
