I called Gerken when our hot water heater suddenly died. He came the next morning, we discussed my options, and I decided to replace the boiler and hot water heater. The boiler was 36 years old, and the hot water heater was old technology (oil fired). I switched to gas, fortunately, gas was put into the house in 1993 when two houses were built nearby. Brian's installers worked for six days without leaving for any emergencies, they left no mess at all (a rarity for installers), and did a fantastic job. They also provided a temporary hot water heater and removed the old oil tank from the basement. When there was water on the basement floor, he came the next day, and the problem was promptly fixed (""chimney rain"" ?).

I am very pleased with their work and their professionalism.

Gerken also is installing a new dishwasher, which has been problematic, but Brian has assured me all will be well, and I believe him. Great company, highly recommended.
