We have employed Gerhard Weise Plumbing for a variety of problems, some of which we intuitively expected were within the purview of a plumber, but some of which we did not expect were jobs for a plumber. For example, we most recently needed to have our gas log pilot light replaced and have a replacement dishwasher installed --both of which jobs
were well accomplished by Gerhard Weise Plumbers, whom we unreservedly trust and wholeheartedly recommend!

Very nice people/employees. Work was fine although my problem seems to persist still. My main issue is the charge of $135 for the visit. I asked prior what charges would occur for an estimate on work.

It would've been nice to know the $135 fee for the visit.

Had a kitchen sink stoppage in our condo. Called our usual association plumbers to come by the same day due us being on the first floor and the potential for the other owners above us to run the dishwasher or sink which would overflow our sink. None were available and the recommended plumbers locally also were unavailable. Called Gerhard Weise since they were local and was used by another owner awhile back. Success! They were able to fit us in and would be here in a few hours. Turns out they came in about an hour, snaked the drain and cleared it in less than 30 minutes! They were very professional, knowledgeable and fast. I'm sold on them for future plumbing needs. Thanks Mark!

This vendor, selected by our complex's management company, caused a major fire to our condo complex because of their unsafe welding. Two homeowners were displaced as a result for over a year. For over a year there were battles with reconstruction vendors and insurance companies. Complex dues had to go up. All because this vendor did not undertake safe welding practices.

Water heater leaked overnight at our condo. Got Gerhard Weise number as one of the recommended plumbers by the HOA. I called all of all of them and only GW team was able to be the site on the day and with better quote than the other guys. They are familiar with our building, where the elevator are, where the shut off is. etc. Discussed it over the phone what my existing water heater was, Lisa dispatched Mark to contact me to discuss further the existing tank. Mark gave me the estimate, the model number of the replacement. Came at the same day with the new tank. Installed it in a couple of hours, he had to get a new pan as it turns out the existing one was broken while removing the old tank. From the moment I called Lisa, they were quick to get the job done. All done in ONE day. No delay, no BS. Done. Thank you Gerhard Weise Plumbing.

This plumber gives a fair estimate, shows up and does quality work, at a reasonable rate. That's all you want in this day and age, and it is hard to find.

Do you want to hire a plumbing company that will be RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and blame you for their mistakes? Call these people -- I called for a simple problem. Their receptionist claimed it was a bigger problem, then lied about what I said. They came to my house, asked no questions, and did the most expensive thing possible. When that didn't work, they came back the next day to do the simple thing they should have done in the first place, and charged me for that too! Office woman is completely horrible, rude, unprofessional, and mean. If you want to pay hundreds extra so your plumber can CHEAT you, call them.
