This plumber gives a fair estimate, shows up and does quality work, at a reasonable rate. That's all you want in this day and age, and it is hard to find.

Do you want to hire a plumbing company that will be RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and blame you for their mistakes? Call these people -- I called for a simple problem. Their receptionist claimed it was a bigger problem, then lied about what I said. They came to my house, asked no questions, and did the most expensive thing possible. When that didn't work, they came back the next day to do the simple thing they should have done in the first place, and charged me for that too! Office woman is completely horrible, rude, unprofessional, and mean. If you want to pay hundreds extra so your plumber can CHEAT you, call them.

Lisa is the most unprofessional, rude person I've ever worked with. I don't know why or how she even still has a job with this company. Unfortunately our hoa uses this plumbing company and will not change them. They never follow through or book appointments and don't show up making me miss time from work. The communication in this office is awful. Owner needs to get rid of Lisa and get a better and polite scheduling coordinator.

Carlos, one of their excellent plumbers, just left, he fixed two clogged sinks, installed a water filter. From emergency to everyday jobs, they are reliable, professional!! Outstanding!!!

Gerhard Weise Plumbing was recommended by my condo building's HOA president. At first, I was very pleased with them. They came out in a timely manner and completed the job well. However, I'm beginning to feel very frustrated with their administration. I received a bill and have called on 3 separate occasions to pay my bill. Each time I've left a message with an administrator and have not received a return call. Despite my efforts to pay, the company sent me a late bill notice. Is it my responsibility to track them down to pay a bill? I've done all I can do, and I feel that it's their responsibility to return my calls if they'd like to receive payment.

Highly recommended! We've been using Gerhard Weise Plumbing for years. They were originally recommended by our Realtor, who's also a neighborhood resident.

They've been quick when we've had semi-emergencies and have always done great work. When we have a routine task, like a new toilet to install, they're on time, courteous and if they can't come when they said they would because of another emergency someone always calls to let us know. We're never left hanging.

When we've had weird situations, like the sink in our lower level that drains upward (house built 1928), the plumbers collaborate and ask each other questions and work together to get things solved. They're also clear about explaining to us what the problem is and why it's challenging in a way we understand. Prices are reasonable.

Even our dogs love the Gerhard Weise plumbers!

I feel like we're always in good hands. Highly recommended!
