Gerdes Home Maintenance has helped me with with so many things! If you're looking for a handy man who works harder than your morning coffee and is more reliable than your GPS, look no further than Cole Gerdes. We've had the pleasure of working with Cole on multiple projects--kitchen remodel, demolition, fence repair (thanks to the Eaton fires), and even a brand-new backyard deck. The man is basically a wizard with power tools.

First, the kitchen remodel and demolition--Cole didn't just knock things down, he did it with surgical precision. No unnecessary destruction, no delays, just efficient, high-quality work that turned our outdated space into a dream kitchen.

And the backyard deck? Let's just say our outdoor space went from ""meh"" to ""WOW."" It's sturdy, stylish, and the perfect place to sip coffee, or watch the kids play in the pool. Cole made sure every board was perfectly placed, and he even handled our slightly ridiculous requests with patience and skill.

Then came the fence repair. The Eaton fires left us with a fence that looked like it lost a fight with a dragon. Cole swooped in and rebuilt it stronger than ever--probably wind proof now (don't quote us on that).

If you want top-notch craftsmanship, clear communication, and a guy who shows up on time (a rare breed in construction), hire Cole Gerdes. Just don't challenge him to a bench press contest--you'll lose.

Cole did a whole house checkup for us, similar to a purchase inspection. He cleaned rain gutters, cleared our dryer vents, drained our hot water tank (did you know you're supposed to do that every year??), and inspected a bunch of other stuff that you're supposed to check every year like pressure release valves, gas lines, pilot lights, fire extinguisher etc. He also found a leak in our wastewater line under the house and worked to remove a clog that was causing it. Highly recommend!

Cole is the go-to guy for all those lil' things you need done around the house. He's helped me with several projects, including changing out ceiling fans, building a window seat with storage from scratch, and adding new rain gutters to my house. He is a rare gem. I'm glad to have someone personable and honest to call when I just don't have the time or skills to get my endless list of projects done!
