Georgia Rooter Services initially missed the mark with me. However, after seeing my original Google review regarding a no call, no show, the owner contacted me to ascertain the situation then subsequently dispatched a technician within 70 minutes to assess my (malfunctioning) water heater. Alex was the consummate professional. He was polite, considerate of my home, concise, and efficient in removing my damaged water heater & installing a new one in less that 24 hours. Lastly, in good faith the owner reduced my bill to make up for the miscommunication. I respect GA Rooter far more than the big box stores, as they were honest, provided a reasonable resolution, quickly completed my water heater installation, and provided stellar customer service from project start to end. I will use them again in the future.

Had a toilet replacement and contacted Georgia Rooter Services thru Thumbtack. Petar completed the installation in a timely and efficient manner. I did have a slight issue that was addressed 100% the same day of my inquiry...to my satisfaction. Petar was professional and knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer he contacted his mentor instead of making up an answer. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact them again for future projects.

Our upstairs toilet clogged this morning & the leak seeped through & we could see the leak on the ceiling downstairs. Called Georgia Rooter Services & within 90 minutes of my call, Ned & Henry were at my house. Ned explained the entire process, estimate broken out for the fee & they quickly got to work. Local Water authority came to our house and reported that we had a leak of 80 gallons an hour. Everyone I called didn't have leak detection equipment. i was facing a week with no water waiting for a national chain just to find the leak when I came across Georgia Rooter. I called them @ noon. by 2:00 they found the location of the leak. By 3:00 they had cable location services on site and by 4:00 they were working on the repair. I had water back on by 6:30. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the service I got Georgia Rooter

We initially moved into our home October of last year and a few weeks later noticed a blockage with the bathroom sink. Found this company on thumbtack and the response time was pretty good. Three technicians had to come out to scope the job and figure out what was going on. The first technician admitted that he didn't know what to do next and had to call a more seasoned technician. The second technician came out explained the problem but ended up making the blockage worse. After contacting them again this year to fix the ongoing problem technician Emir fixed the issue and was able to save me $100 by keeping the same toilet. He explained the situation and got to work. Finishing up in a couple of hrs. I'd recommend.

After no response for nearly 20 hours and multiple phone exchanges from their nationally known counterpart, we called Georgia Rooter and the technician showed at the house in about an hour on Sunday a.m. and quickly went to work, clearing the problem.
