My husband and I noticed we had a leak but we didn't know where it was coming from. We called a big company who quoted us an insane amount. I called Keith at the recommendation of my neighbor and he was great! He came out the next day, worked fast and knew exactly where the leak was and what to do. This was a leak that had been leaking for a month without us knowing, and Keith and his son had it fixed in an hour! He saved us so much money, I will be calling him anytime I need anything else done, and I would recommend him to all my friends. Just do it, you wont regret it.

The other plumbers that looked at the job wanted to take the easiest route to saw through my tile and replace the shower valve that was leaking. Keith went to three different stores and was able to find a rebuild kit instead that allowed him to install and repair my shower valve instead. He went over and above to find the best and most cost effective solution for me. His invoice was more than fair given the cost of the kit, new shower knobs, and the amount off time and travel it took him to find them and then return and install them. Once he had the material he needed, he had the valve rebuilt, show knobs installed, and was gone within less than an hour. I have found my new plumber and would not hesitate to refer him to my family, friends, and acquaintances.

I called Keith at Georgia Plumbing Experts about a problem with our hot water heater. He was here the next day - gave us options and as our hot water heater was 12 years old, we decided to replace rather than repair. Keith said he'd be out at 8:30am the next morning - and that's the exact time he arrived! The new hot water heater was installed within a few hours - he took away the old unit and left everything probably cleaner than before he got there! Took time to explain all to us - great service & price - totally personable and professional !! A+++++ all the way !!

I've used the services of Keith Lee with Georgia Plumbing Experts multiple times. His service, quality, price and communication are top notch. Besides being great to work with for individuals / home owners, Georgia Plumbing Experts works with real estate investors and landlords. Knowing we won't always be able to meet at the property or pay as soon as the job is done, Keith can send an invoice via email thanks to quickbooks so it's easy to click and pay vs. having to schedule time to meet up somewhere. This is a HUGE plus for me.
