Angelique A.I hired this company to fix a leaking valve in my master shower. The job ended up costing me $418.80. That's a $100 valve replacement, and 2.5 hours of labor. They sent out TWO men instead of one. (Only one person can stand in front of the valve at once, why send TWO people?) The plumbers didn't bring their tools inside the bathroom with them. Instead, one plumber sent the other one out to the truck for tools, EACH TIME HE NEEDED A DIFFERENT TOOL!! This made the job last WAAAAYYY longer than it had to be! This company price gouges!! If I were you, I'd go with a different company. $418.80 for a valve replacement is RIDICULOUS!!
