We were very pleased with the service provided to us by Jiv at Georgia 5 Star Plumbing. They were very prompt on getting back to us with installation schedule and even provided a tracking for our phone as to him arriving at our house! Very nice feature! We had already purchased our Badger 5 garbage disposal for the installation, without realizing it was the incorrect model with wired plug. Thank goodness that Jiv had purchased a Badger 5 without the wired plug prior to his arrival and had it in his truck. He graciously offered to swap it out for same price and installed it without any issues, walking us through the whole installation. Even showed us how to unlock it if it had issues, with the little wrench that comes with the unit. Very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable technician. Will definitely call on him again should we have any other repairs that he can help us with in the future. Would highly recommend him and his company if you need plumbing services. He even put on the little blue shoe covers before entering our house. Very polite, honest and respectful of your property. So happy to have found his company to help us with our garbage disposal issue!!! Will keep their number in our book!

They answered my phone call right away, give quotes promptly , showed up on time and we'll dressed. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They were literally almost half the price as the name brand plumbers. I refer them any chance I get. Thanks for the great work.
