The service and experience was excellent. Due to Covid we did everything by phone and text. Took pictures, reviewed the job, gave me an estimate. Neil & Anthony showed up and took care of business on some tough, old nasty plumbing fixtures I wanted changed out new.

Upon my condo purchase 7yr ago, my contractor convinced me to install a garbage disposal so the value of my investment soars... what a waste of $$!

Recent years, I've been trying to find a plumber to turn my sink back to a regular drain. Everyone, including the building's referral, estimated over $300.

From the Bridgeport Newspaper, I left a message at the 24hr emergency hotline due to it was the evening.

When Neal calls me back the next morning before 9am, I explain the service I'm looking for. He said it'll take 1.5 hr for $175!!!

We schedule for 3pm. Tom shows up with an apprentice.... 20 min later... ALL DONE!!!

FINAL BILL - As promised... $175 at a tiny fraction of time!!!

Our hot Ayer heater took a crap on a Sunday. After calling many places, I finally found George's. They came out Monday morning and did an excellent job. Tommy and his partner were very nice and did an exceptional job by replacing the hot water heater. Neal was very nice to deal with on the phone. The price he quoted me was the price I paid! I found myself a new plumber!!!!!!

Horrible service. They confirned a Monday appointment on Friday afternoon.

They were a no show did not answer their phone. Called their calling service several times they were not able to get a hold of them.

I will not call them again, we took the day off and drove fifty miles into the city to meet with them and they were a NO show.

When we called, they called back in less than 20 minutes. They arrived to do the estimate in about an hour. They start the job that evening, and kept at it until it was completed. Arrived every day when they said they would, worked all day without messing around. Did a fabulous job, and cleaned up completely.

Very nice, very accommodating, and very good work.

The only plumbing service we will use. The guys are incredibly helpful and friendly. They have even given us some DYI info to help us try to save money. We have had George and his men fix drains, replace old bath plumbing, clean the grease trap, and install a much needed flood control system. All done in a professional and price savy manner. Our house is left clean and the work is complete and fault free. Excellent company!!!

It's a shame that I have to post this review and would give it NO STARS if I could, for a company that I once considered good and had recommended it to others in the past. We had asked George's plumbing to install a hot water tank in my home about 2 years ago. Not a problem, but when we discovered it was leaking in the last day or so, of course we called them to see if they would come out to see the issue. We initially questioned the cost of the visit if the leak was due to a faulty installation, however to have the plumber call this morning and basically say that if we don't have $120, ""he's NOT coming out there' and then hang up on my husband is unacceptable?!? Apparently this is a company that is unprofessional, has ignorant employees, customers are not a priority and does not stand behind their work!!!!! You have lost a customer and I'm sure you don't care.
