For myself, clear and prompt communication is a rare and important attribute. Ryan and George were great in this regard. They were communicative before hand, accurate in their availability and ETA, and provided excellent knowledge as to my plumbing issues. And of course, the quality of their work was great. i've had a terrible experience with George's plumbing when i hired them to fix a leak in my shower/wall .The leak not only wasn't fixed ( which we found out later) but also George took a video, told us there is a black mold there, referred us to remediation company and charged over $400 . Remediation company ""dansel""came confirmed the mold and gave us estimate for $4500 not including restoration. Soon after that i decided to call mold inspection company to see if there any other places in the house which needed treatment . Few days later we received a results from the lab saying there's NO mold anywhere! when I reached out to George,s plumbing again to explain the ongoing leak he was vague saying there will be additional charges ( on top of $425 I already paid!), so we didn't want to risk throwing more money away and hired another plumber who fixed the leak and closed the hole in opened wall .Be careful hiring this company! We have never had such an experience before ! That's a shame companies like that still exist and claim to be professionals

If you're looking for a plumber, don't look any further than George's plumbing. Over the years, I've needed a plumber about 10-15 times for small jobs like a leaky pipe to larger jobs such as replacing pipes. George not only fixes the issue but educates the homeowner. He explains step-by-step what he's going to be doing and what the next options are if that doesn't fix it. He wants to give value to the homeowner in all ways. When I called him for a slow draining toilet, he assessed the situation and advised that the city is responsible for the clog because it was going out to the street. He gave me the number to call and waited until I got confirmation that they'd be coming. He saved me hundreds of dollars. George didn't have to do that. He could've taken the job without me knowing that the city would do it for free. It's so refreshing to find a trustworthy skilled professional who treats you like he'd want his family to be treated. His rates are fair and reasonable. He's a clear and transparent communicator and he listens. He's my new go-to plumber.
