As stated before, Jennifer took over for George. We needed to have our water heater re-installed after being removed for drywall repairs, and ServPro recommended her. We bought a new base pan for the water heater, along with a new faucet and drain. We were originally quoted (over the phone), $120 for the water heater re-install and $50 for faucet install. Once she got there, she said it wasn't up to code, and needed to install a T&P Valve $25, and charged $150 for install, and then charged $120 for the faucet install and when asked about the $50 price she quoted, she asked if we spoke with her (she was the only one we were dealing with). I thought $120 was pretty steep considering that it came with all the parts. The drain cost $40 to install because it said that a new down spout was needed and we weren't charged for it. The work was quality, she showed up when she said she was going to, and got the job done. I just think that the pricing for the faucet install seemed a little steep, and didn't like the price change. Remember to always get a written estimate when working with contractors ;)

Great service from this plumber. I called yesterday morning and stated my problem. Jennifer the plumber answered my call and let me know she could come check the problem late morning and would call when she was ready to come. I let her know I had a Dr. appointment and would be leaving at 1:30 for that. She said she could work around that. About 2 hours later she called and said she could come check out the problem. She quickly found the problem and gave me an estimate of the cost and I agreed to have the work done. She said she would like to finish it that day. She said she had to go get the parts after she had removed the problem parts. I agreed and we made arrangements for payment if I was not there when she was done.

She let us know when she had to cut off the water. She discussed the details as needed. She finished the job as she stated she would. I was home when she finished and got to see the repair and make sure it was no longer leaking. She filled in the hole well too.

As a side note, George has passed away and Jennifer is now doing the plumbing.

I would hire her again in a minute. She was friendly, easy to talk to and very professional.
