This was years ago but, I was quoted a price to redo my bathroom. He and a helper came in, gutted the bathroom, then got on his phone to find a sub contractor. We had to clean up the mess from the bathroom that was tosed on our front lawn. He did the plumbing work but, the sub contractor was awful. Shoddy work and we were unable to use our shower for over a month. We finally told him to go and finished the job ourselves. We had purchased all the fixtures, sink, bathtub, toilet and tile flooring and the sink install was wrong and some of the tile was cracked. We only saw George twice after his initial bathroom gutting. Be careful!

2 guys fixed my problem in half an hour, which was good, but they charged me 3 hours labor at $100/hour. Apparently, I paid them $200 just to drive to my house and back, which was not something mentioned in advance.

Called them and they said they would arrive at 8:00 am Tuesday morning. No one showed up or called so I called them at 9:30 and no answer so I left a message. No call back and one of the owner's assistants showed up at 11:30 with no apology or anything and told me he only did plumbing work and that I would have to call them about the HVAC work. The guy repaired the toilet in less than an hour and also replaced two other parts which did not need replacement. on top of that, the plumber wrote up the bill and was going to charge me for two hours when the job only took less than one hour and they are located right down the street from me. Needless to say I called the owner who was totally disrespectful and rude and even cursed at me and told me to never call him again and threatened that he would be ""coming to see me"".

Think twice about using this guy. I know I will never use him again as I have never been treated this way as a customer ever.

Overcharged, broken equipment installed, pissed off worker, and owner still hasn't provided us proof of purchase of broken equipment so we could ""Call their Corporate HQ"" for some recoupment...recouping....
Total money sink operators.

Tired of wasting calls.... this after busted repair cause us to soak up flooded floor thru a weekend because ""on call guy"" was out of town.

Sewage backed up and I gave Georges a call and they were at my house within 15 minutes ready to work. Very nice people and had the job done in no time! And it was after hours! Highly recommend him for anyone in need.

First time we used them and I can not say enough great things about the service we just received from this company. Today is a hot Sunday and my wife called at about 3:30pm regarding our central air unit not working. I heard the conversation and a gentleman say the he will see if he can get a truck out to us. As true as I sit here within 20 minutes our doorbell rang and we couldn't believe it. The problem was diagnosed and repaired within minutes. We were so excited and impressed with the response time and professionalism that we actually scheduled for them to come back and just do a routine service on the outside and inside unit. You don't get service like this anymore, Great Job!!!

George and his team are by far the best around. They know their stuff, from leaky pipes to air conditioning fan and furnaces. These guys have saved my families issues so many times I can't even count anymore. While my wife was pregnant in the middle of the winter at 930 at night George picked up and was there within 20 minutes, in the hottest summer day with a new baby these guys were fixing a fan in our unit that burned out. They always pick up, they always show up and they always fix the issue. You will not find a more honest and stand up person who truly cares about your business. If you ever need any service they offer. Don't hesitate make the call, you will thank me.

George is excellent. He responds to calls very quickly and does what he can as quickly as possible. Calls placed will be responded to quickly and he knows exactly what you need for your home. Highly recommend if you live in the area! He's easy to pay as he takes credit cards, checks, cash, and even paypal!
