Called on Monday with an emergency plumbing leak leaking down onto my kitchen ceiling drywall...they said they would call back, but I never heard back...so, I called again on Friday to see what was going on and why I didn't get a call back...he proceeded to literally yell at me saying ""do you think that you are our only customer, etc., etc."" I have never experienced a lack of customer service to that degree, it was appalling. I will never use them again and seeing that I handle the building repairs at my employer, I will not be using them again there as well.

I have a rental property in Carlisle, while living across the country, which can be stressful when things break. Corey did a great job ensuring communication was between himself and us, while making the repair in a timely manner. Will use again!

These guys are great! They came to our house quickly after our hot water heater broke. After we decided a new heater was needed, they immediately installed a new one, no waiting for a few days until we could get on the schedule. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend this great, local company.

Can't say enough how great working with Corey Fitzpatrick was. Didn't realize that they missed my message and immediately came out to check my air conditioning unit and thermostat. Didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need and when it is time to upgrade our unit gave us options.

Later that night I went to change the thermostat out and had issues due to wiring. Spoke with Corey the next morning and he was booked up for at least a week but walked me through finding the necessary wire to hook it up myself.

Will definitely be using and recommending them in the future.
