We were out of town when we got a notification from DC Water that our house had unusually high water usage. Our outside pipes had burst in the middle of this year's cold snap in DC and we were far away. George the Plumber responded immediately to the emergency and shut down our outside water. Then, James returned first thing in the spring to get us up and running again. The communication is great, scheduling is easy through Sophia, and the obvious care James put in along with a real investment in making sure we were happy is all we need to say we'll never use another plumbing company.
