This was our first time using this plumbing service and we were absolutely delighted with the service. The plumber arrived 10 minutes early and quickly diagnosed the problem with our pipes for our guest bathroom toilet. He had it fixed in under an hour! He was extremely professional and polite with my wife and the price we paid was actually lower than quoted!! They will definitely be our go-to plumbing company! Tylor Lakeman annd Jumad Richardson were the two repairmen that repaired my leaky kitchen faucet. Having no knowledge of plumbing period I thought it simply needed a washer as advised by other non professional plumbers whom I asked. I told them when they promptly arrived that they just needed a washer as I'd been advised by non professional plumbers. When Jumand and Tylor arrived I gave them my non professional opinion of a washer being needed. They listened to me and asked if they could take a look at it. Needless to say they ended up replacing the entire faucet. I am thankful they did their job. They performed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up any mess they may have made and left with the same politeness and professionalism they entered my home with. Great Customer Service as I was kept abreast of when they would be arriving and they worked around my time schedule. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I cant speak on the price as I am a renter but my landlord couldn't have chosen a better company. Kudos Gentleman job well done.

We found out that our electric water heater was leaking around the bottom. We have used George Pruitt Plumbing several times over the past years and they have always done great work in a timely manner. I Called them around 9 AM this morning and by 11 AM someone was out there to look at it and had another one to replace it and were finished by 2 o'clock today. They are very courteous and very professional. They were half the price of another plumber! I highly recommend George Pruitt Plumbing

We had to have a hot water heater replaced. George came with a crew of 3, arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule (which was perfectly all right), and did a great job as expected! This is a wonderful family run business that is always prompt, reasonably priced, efficient, and completely trustworthy, I highly recommend this company with a long history in Spartanburg of caring for and serving the people. I picked this company in part because the owner's name was also the name of the company; that implied to me that he was staking his reputation on his work. I reserved a time spot for the work over the phone; the representative on the phone was very professional and helpful. Mr. Pruitt texted me before he arrived. He and his helper came on time, they did all the work correctly and quickly, and at a fair price. I would absolutely hire him again, would trust him with any plumbing task, and would recommend his services to others.
