I have used George Plumbing for years and Gus and Freddy recently came out to replace the valves and flappers in two toilets. They were prompt and professional and cleaned up after their work. They even had the part I needed for my older toilet. I appreciate that this company does a great job on older plumbing.

Our office had a absolutely horrible smell for over a month. It took several visits from some of the most patient employees (Dan, Freddy, Jake, Austin) to determine what this issue was. once they found it, they did what needed to be done and the smell dissipated. we are so grateful for their persistence.

Kody & Nick came out to service my two walk in showers. Both drains were full of hair and gunk and were not properly draining. The two technicians arrived on time and were very profesional. They checked the showers and gave me their opinions on a resolution, with everything clearly stated and accompanying prices. The work was completed for a fair price, but most of all, they were clean and didn't leave the floors a mess as other plumbers have done before! I will be using this business again, thank you Nick & Kody!

Dan F. And Austin M. diagnosed our water heater problem, presented us options (which I really liked having) and then came back to replace our unit. They were quick, on time, easy to schedule and very professional.

Because we had a good experience with Shaun some years ago, I contacted George Plumbing this week to clear our plugged, kitchen sink drain. Same day appointment was scheduled for the afternoon.
(Upon scheduling the appointment, they stressed that their "new" way of doing business would be to diagnose the situation and provide alternatives to fix the problem; in this case the clogged drain!)
Dan and Austin showed up as promised to diagnose the situation and provide alternatives. The drain was stopped up and needed to be "snaked," but first they needed an alternate solution to comply with their "new" way of doing business.
At this point they needed to look outside the house to determine if there could be an issue with the exterior drain line.
Seemingly, the outside line could have issues affecting drainage so now they provided their altetnatives.
They could dig up and replace 5 or 6 feet of exterior pipe at an estimated cost of over $1,000 or create a temporary bypass for $360. No consideration was given to using the snake as a primary solution.
That being said, without thinking, I chose the temporary fix and they cut the existing line and created a bypass from the exposed exterior pipe to the cleanout, only to discover the drain was still plugged!
Now, after the failed alternative fix and a 3 inch chip out of our front door threshold, caused by dragging the snake machine through the door, they used the snake to successfully open our drain.
$360 down the drain! Next time I'll call Roto Rooter!

This company was referred to me by another company because they were suppose to knew how to install a shower tower, called to get a estimate they refused stating that a person needed to come out and a fee of $95 was required just to get him out here. I set up the appointment. The gentleman was very nice but wasnt sure how to price it and contacted the office, based on the company's new pricing structure they wanted to charge me almost $1400. that's about $600 per hour. I reached out to the office and they explained that's there pricing, therefore I declined and explained that I should have been giving a idea of the cost when I first called and i would never have setup the appoinment. I will never recommend or use this company Again.

Will and Nathan arrived a few hours early which was awesome because I had to cancel an appointment and because they arrived earlier I was able to keep the appointment.
