YELL YELL YELL 4 George!!! Doug arrived early and packed the one hour minimum with very successful work. He made a gas line fix and birddogged an issue with our RO unit until he found the problem. It is clear that this veteran plumber loves his work and is dedicated to customer service. I've always appreciated George Plumbing but today I'm their happiest customer. Thank you.

**READ THIS** FRAUD ALERT***never use this company, never ask them for anything. Yet they billed me for the first time out of the blue $190 for doing nothing, and the same month. It was reported to the credit bureau somehow. I never authorized anything, I never agreed to anything, I never signed anything. If this happened to me I'm sure it's happened to many others. I'm getting my Law Firm involved and we may report to the Better Business Bureau. They can't do this to people and get away with it. This is just not right and I'm going to make sure it isn't having anybody else we have the means to put on the hammer on people like this. I'm the wrong guy to mess with. We are actively searching for others that have experience the same for this company. If you or someone know has had a similar issue we would like to speak with you. Further, we're filing a complaint with. TEXAS STATE BOARD OF PLUMBING EXAMINERS in Austin. Giddy-up!!

My shower was clogged. Shawn and Austin came out and fixed the clog and a couple of other things. They were very detailed and super friendly. They are a little on the expensive side, but we'll worth it to get job done right. I will definitely use them again.

We called on George Plumbing to solve a mysterious water leak in our primary bathroom. They sent 30 year expert Shawn V. Jackson. Shawn diagnosed the problem and his fix not only solved it, but did so in a way that avoided the possibility of expensive demolition. A lot of time and money was saved due to his experience and expertise. It was great to watch a real Pro in action, and in addition he's a really good guy. If you're reading this looking for a reputable plumbing company, you've found it.

Poor quality of pipe used in installing my water heater in October 2019 (just 3.5 years ago) causing corrosion on my water heater and causing leak. When I called this company back for assistance, they are not very friendly and no willing to fix the pipe, though I am ready to pay the cost. Now I need to keep looking for another company to replace the whole unit. I would not recommend this company. I have another water heater unit which is running fine for the 11 years, without any corrosion on pipe connections. The pipe material used in the connection is having poor quality. Do not trust this company.

Had them come out to remove and old toilet and install new. Honestly, this should have taken maybe 1 to 1.5 hours at most - 2.5 hours is what it took them. Work seems to be of quality but sure seems that they were milking the clock. No good explanation for time it took.

The toilet that was replaced about a year ago when I had new tile put in was not installed properly and came loose. I hate to use the phone so I went to the George Plumbing Company website and there was an area to just describe what I needed and set up an appointment. It seems like they answered me about 5 minutes after I sent the message to them and the appointment was scheduled for a couple days later since that fit my schedule . (they could have come earlier). I got an email that Shawn and Nathan would arrive about 5-10 minutes earlier than expected about 40 minutes before they came and then a phone call about a half hour before they came. The email included a photo of the technicians. When they arrived about 10 minutes early, they got right to work and were done in about an hours time. The previous installers had used bolts that rusted out and broke so they put appropriate brass ones in and used toilet shims rather than the flat pencil that the previous installer had used. Appreciate their good, quick work. You da crew Shawn and Nathan! Thanks.

Doug came out to repair some plumbing issues in my father's house. My father has recently passed away and we are selling the home and needed a quick resolution to be able to sell the home. He was great at communicating and making the process as smooth as possible. He did was was requested and was efficient and professional.
