Needed an annual maintenance in fallbrook at my ranch; was overdue. These guys came out and not only cleaned out my system , they helped fix other heating issues. Recommend their services.

I really loved using George Plumbing for my business A/C needs. They were professional, on time, and even called ahead to let me know the technician was on his way and how long it should be before I could expect him at my office. Everyone from the office staff down to the technician was really nice and informative the entire time, which I appreciated. It is really refreshing to see a company that cares about being prompt and professional. Although they are located in Temecula, and we are in Escondido, I hear they do service calls all over the county, which is really awesome! At Progressive Technology Security Systems, definitely won't be using anyone else at this point for our A/C, Heating, or Plumbing needs! You seriously can't go wrong calling George Plumbing Company!

You know how when you finally get a Doctor or Dentist you like and trust you won't go anywhere else even if you have travel further than if you used a local Doctor or Dentist. That's how I feel about George Plumbing in Temecula. Our plumber of choice is James. I completely trust his judgement and his work is always quality. Our water heater just went out and he was up front and told me to buy a new one because of the age of our water heater. but he couldn't install it that day so I opted to have the pilot replaced and will live the old water heater until this fall. I failed to mention I waited 2 days for our appointment because I just didn't want anyone else to service our water heater even though Georges had other plumbers available who are probably just as capable but as I said once you find trust in a individual your willing to wait.

They were prompt. They even called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They determined the cause which unfortunately I had to go through a warranty service. I wish they could have taken care of me but my out of pocket expense would have likely been high. I will definitely call them in the future for items not included on my warranty.

Brian and Zachary were at our home the entire day fixing a laundry list of plumbing issues. I am thoroughly impressed by their friendliness, professionalism, and thoroughness. We have used George's plumbing for several jobs over the years and have always been impressed with their work. Today just confirmed what an awesome plumbing service they are. These guys should be your go-to for plumbing needs.

Amazing service! Reasonable bid, then the job came in at less than expected! Joel and Steven were thorough, technically excellent, clean, nice and personable! I appreciated the time they spent teaching me how to set the timer on the recirculating pump! When Joel finished-he checked for leaks everywhere! Incredible service!!! Thanks!

Recently, I had a hot water pipe leak, and I called them and asked them if James could fix it. He not only fixed it timely but also suggested very economical ideas and did a very neat job. His helper Zack also was very professional and quick. After the job was done, they made sure everything is cleaned up before they left. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing and air-conditioning job, since James also has done an awesome job on fixing our air-conditioner.

I have dealt with this company a couple of times now. James and Zak are great to work with, very friendly and fast. They fixed my under warranty water heater and AC condenser with no issues. The staff on the phone is friendly as well. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.

I thought I posted a review two years ago, but it doesn't look up any more. Anyway, I needed a water softener installed --the main issue being the drainage line for it. The wall behind the softener is the laundry room, by the way. The guy told me that for $1,000 he could punch through the wall and have a pipe hanging over the laundry sink! I couldn't believe how awful that sounded. I asked him for a quote to connect into the washer drainage line and he told me significantly more than the 1k. He also spent most of the visit telling me that I should buy the 5k water system his company pushes (with the standard, hilarious line that if I agreed right now, he'd get his manager to give it to us half price). When I told him that I knew about water softeners and had ordered this one specifically for my needs, he told me that ""then you know that the salt from the softener will destroy your house's water pipes."" This is one of those myths: the salt doesn't go into the water, just the membrane, and the tiny amounts of sodium or potassium that enters the water does not affect copper pipes. Clearly this was just a rip off. Anyway, I called another plumber who installed the softener, tied it into the washer drain line in the wall, and even patched the drywall for $400 on the spot.

Very impressed with James. He fixed a leaky valve on the City side of the meter and added a new ball valve in the garage. My old valve in the garage was broken (no way to turn off the water with this valve) so it was replaced. This is a much better way to turn on/off the water than the valve along the sidewalk. The valve on the sidewalk required a lot of torque to shut off which caused the leak. Now the new valve in the garage is so simple to use. The work was very efficient and professional. Highly recommend.
