We had George Plumbing replace 2 HVAC units, install a new split AC Unit, and re-pipe our home. Three projects over a period of a few years. When decisions needed to be made we were included in all discussions (By the way, there were no change orders.) From the Office staff to the Servicemen they are an excellent group. Pricing is competitive, response is quick and efficient, work is very professional,employees are polite and respectful, to each other as well as to us. We would definitely recommend them.

We had humming noise coming out of the pipes suddenly. So we called them upon getting recommendations from our neighbors. They told us that the regulator caused it as that regulator was old. By the way my home is just 10 years old. So anyway we changed the regulator by trusting them and it cost us $569. After changing it; they said there is still leaks as he saw the little white triangle in regulator kept constantly moving:(. Now after 2 days the sound came back again and this time it was non-stop and louder. I found out there is water leaking inside 2 of the toilet bowls. They came again and the technician could not find any leaks. My husband showed him the toilet bowls where we saw bubbles inside the tank and water was leaking in toilet bowls. So that's it!!! They changed the flush valves and noise stopped immediately. Cost was $360 this time.

So Bad flush valve was the root cause of the humming sound. Now why they just changed the regulator in the first place that cost us $569 ??? That's not a good service at all.
Their technician just could not find the root cause till my husband showed him. And they just changed the regulator for no reason and which was not even the root cause. I am very disappointed.

Minor plumbing issue. The office staff was wonderful at helping set up a time convenient for us. Called and let us know technicians were on their way. The technicians Wayne and David were prompt courteous and professional. Explained charges before they began work which is always nice. Felt comfortable having them in our home which is huge for me. Couldn't ask for more. Would recommend them to friends and family.

We had quite the plumbing problem and once again George plumbing sent out a qualified, knowledgable and polite technician. We have been calling on George plumbing for 10 years and have never been disappointed. We have had Wayne out prior to today. Wayne returned our call after hours and guided us to the next step during our plumbing disaster. We were please to find out that Wayne was available to complete our plumbing needs same day.
Wayne is amazing, 10 stars for him alone. Thank you!

James is awesome!! I highly recommend him to everyone especially if your air heating system is combined with the water furnace that was what builder did for my condo.
I had 3 technicians from other companies came to check up before James did, none of them really sure what was the exactly problem, one of the guys said they might need to open the dry wall to fix it, another tried to replaced few parts but didn't make it work .... It's so frustrated ...
I was luckily to have my neighbor's recommended James, he was very professional, he explained what's wrong, which parts need to be replaced ... he arrived on time and finished within the estimation time. Highly recommend.

We needed a new garbage disposal and also several bathrooom fixtures and toilets installed after a remodel. Zach came to the house at the promised time, reviewed what needed to be done and provided a quote. We scheduled him do the work. He and his associate were on time, professional, gave full explanations about all they were doing. Friendly and courteous and work was great. Would definitely hire him again.

WORST COMPANY ever! Took serious advantage and completely overcharged me for a new water heater. Left without checking to see if the hot water worked (which it did not). When they came back to fix it, they charged me $79 service call....two hours later the water heater did not work AGAIN. Took them 4 days to come back and fix it....wonder if they will try to charge me this time.

James came out and did a GREAT job at a very reasonable price. Found things that we didn't know were going on (including finding things that should have been done by the builder). Very respectful of home and people here, including wearing ""booties"" to ensure carpet wasn't soiled by workboots. Will have them back again, for sure!
