Brian at the Lincoln City store is right up there with being the most patient, calm and helpful associates we've worked with...ever.

I am so angry and disappointed in George Morlan store in Lincoln city Oregon. We purchased a new faucet with side sprayer. A few months later the sprayer started to leak due to a factory defect, a small microscopic hole in sprayer. We called and they told us no problem we can swap it out. When we arrived the only one they had of same model was on a display. They refused to give us this one and told us to either call Pfizer directly or buy a universal sprayer from them. What! They told us to drive down they would help us out no problems only to be given poor customer service, rude and told ""sorry your on your own no way will we give you dispay sprayer you can just give us money for different universal sprayer. George Morlan has lost us as a customer and i was planning on using them here in Otis to do a MAJOR remodel in 2020, countertops, sink, floors everything! I thought they were a reputable company but am sadly mistaken
I will take my remodel elswhere. Shame on you GEORGE MORLAN for treating your customers like they don't matter

Terrible customer service. We purchased a defective faucet (on sale). It has one of those sprayer heads. It wouldn't retract properly. When we tried to exchange it, we were told ""none of them retract properly"". I knew that wasn't true because mine at home works fine. He then told me the scuff marks on the supply lines (the water lines under the sink) that were made during installation would prevent them from selling it to anyone else. Three guys standing around an empty showroom on a Saturday afternoon willing to lose a customer over $220.00. Shop there at your own risk.
