i was lodging tenants in a hotel when i called george jackson plumbing. they came right away and worked all day long on what they described as the worst sewer blockage they (or myself) have ever seen. when they ran into an issue they could not overcome, they passed the remaining work to a root cutter that also showed up right away. fees were acceptable. technicians were polite and helpful. will definitely use again. thanx guys!!!

Horrible, had appointment Friday then Monday, two no shows. Called the office and the secretary was working from home had kids screaming she's yelling, she said she couldn't reschedule till Friday I said I needed a morning appointment and it should be tomorrow, she said good luck with that and hung up on me. This company is so unprofessional, I don't recommend this company at all

I called on Monday night after hours and spoke to the office manager Alyssa Miller and requested a service call asap. Today, On Tuesday morning, I called back and requested a second service last minute. However, sight supervisor Steven Mowbray was more than willing to go out of his way to accommodate my needs and complete both services today and in a very timely manner. He exceeded my expectations, was fast, friendly and professional I have used George Jackson Plumbing for over 25 years and through 3 generations of family running this business! Pipe burst Xmas eve. GP Plumbing was very responsive with the challenge. Everyone between owner, office manager and plumbers were delightful to work with and I'm happy to have them available for any plumbing need.

if I could give zero stars I would. Inital scheduled appointment time and day did not happen. Arrived the following day (late), Work ""completed"". However, there was still a leak. Called the following day to schedule a return visit. Long story short, the plumber and office female insist he arrived at my house and ""banged and banged"" on my door but no answer. My question to the office female was why didn't he ring the doorbell instead of ""banging on the door""? The doorbell works for everyone else who uses it. When the office female was asked if she was sending the plumber back she said no because no one ever comes to the door. When she was told the bill would not be paid she said ""that's fine. Find somebody else to fix it"". She is very RUDE, she was yelling at me and very disrespectful. I do not recommend George Jackson Plumbing to anyone!

Called in the middle of torrential rains and he came within 20 minutes. Was very professional, friendly, with fair price. Would definitely call again.
