Shortly after we moved into our new home in the middle of a cold snap, I inadvertently shorted out a fuse in our furnace. I don't recall why I was even messing with it, but we grabbed the first listing that came up and called them. It was Saturday night around 11. The technician called us from the road and suggested that it might be that blown fuse, but I don't really know anything about HVAC machinery and told him to come on out. It probably took him longer to walk from his truck to our front door than it did to diagnose and fix the problem - blown fuse!! At any rate he was a pleasant fellow - just wish I could recall his name - and we've had zero problems with the furnace ever since.

There was two gentlemen, that came to my house. I called in the morning, by afternoon they were calling to say they are sending someone out. They were able to fix the problem and answer any of my concerns. They were Friendly, and courteous. I felt good about the situation. If ever there is a problem again, I know who I'll call.

We have had them at our 100 year old house a dozen times over the last 20 years and they have always done an excellent job. Most recently, our new fangled shower control started leaking gallons of water a day. They came over right away and fixed it in 2 hours. At a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

They were professional and prompt, replacing the described part without incident. I subsequently received a super fair bill for parts and labor. Best painless repair service experience ever!
