Never like having an unexpected plumbing issue but I ""Called George"" and they were very professional from the initial call on a Saturday to when they came a couple days later. Vinny was very patient with a my questions to explain what my issue was. They seem to have a good reputation so rather than doing the research to find a plumber I simply ""called George"".

I had Jason out to my home last week for a flickering light situation. Jason was very professional and explained the situation to me in terms I could understand. Come to find out it was an issue with the bulbs and not my electrical system. Amazing service

If you want to overpay, call these guys. I got my tankless water heater replaced with a Navien for $2,600 by a licensed plumber from the Navien site Mesa area; even though I live in Peoria he came out. These big dogs charge 5k! Parker does too. They have high advertising overhead, Kurt Warner etc. I am surprised he puts his good name to such a rip off company.
I had other bids in the same ballpark I paid, so they are out there, you just have to look.

Jack M, was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job. He did a total inspection and explained any issues we had and gave us suggestions for future maintenance. He gave us options for several things and did two repairs while he was here. He was very personable and friendly. He called before arriving and was actually early. We highly recommend Jack and George Brazil!

John E came today to do our annual electrical inspection as well as solve an issue with our smoke detectors. He did an exceptional job and gave us insight on things we weren't aware of. He explained things well and took the time to answer any and all questions. John was very professional and thorough. He was very prompt and called to let us know he was on his way, and arrived early! John is very personable and friendly and we would highly recommend to anyone needing an expert electrician. Thanks to both Jack M and John E for doing an exceptional job today!

I've used George Brazil in the past and they are fast and efficient. One evening I noticed I didn't have any hot water. I checked around the water heater and found that there were water stains around the platform, but where did it all go??
Called and had them come out to replace the water heater. I was concerned about the platform being weaken by the discharged water and Josh, the tech, said it should be okay. Had them replace the old 50 gallon water heater. I thought the cost was a bit pricey, but Josh did a great job in the installation, so I guess it was worth the extra bucks.

Zack has been my technician the last 2 times (one time was to install a new water heater) and he is great; really informative. I like that.

Our home had a power surge on Saturday evening and knocked out the electric in my husband's den and our security service. On Sunday morning, I decided to call George Brazil Electrical on a whim, hoping they would take a Sunday call. YES! they did have a field service rep available on Sundays. At first, they gave us a 6 hour time window which was agreeable because I had planned on being home all day anyway. But, again, we were happy to receive a call a few hours before the window and the rep could come immediately.

Gabriel S, the George Brazil Field Rep, listened to our issue and then gave us all of the possible problems that could have been responsible for our outage that not only affected my husband's den but our security system.

He then gave me quotes for the initial and most optimistic fix, setting my expectations that it may not help the problem. Fortunately, again, we were happy to find that the problem was from several old fuses which needed to be replaced. Since the home had the original arc fuses (14 yrs old), I decided to replace all 6 at a reduced cost for buying multiple fuses. We also discussed adding a two whole home power surge protectors to our panels, (large home had 2 panels).

Gabriel was efficient and knowledgeable and kept us up to speed every step of the way. We even discussed some other lighting ""projects"" that I needed to complete in the near future. I highly recommend him as a field rep.

I have always had a good experience with George Brazil Electrical and will continue to use their services in the future.
