Drains backing up and overflowing on our hardwood is no good. I called three companies and got quotes, all were around the same rate. Then I got a referral to Baird's from a friend who has used them many times. Thank god I did. Baird's was the most affordable by a wide margin, they came sooner than I could get from the others, and the service was fast, friendly, and easy. They may not have fancy uniforms or sponsor events around town, but they do their job well. Michael was running late and called to let me know that our time frame would be a little after we'd planned. After he arrived, he diagnosed the issue, quickly cleaned out the drain line, and made sure it wouldn't back up again. Then he gave me some tips to avoid having the same issue again in the near future. The older drain lines in my area (Bay Park) make the need for periodic professional cleaning inevitable, but I wouldn't hesitate to call Baird's or refer them to a friend. Highly, highly recommended.

My brother and my neighbors recommended Baird and they were right. Scheduling was easy. Service was available the next day for a non-urgent problem. The price was more than fair and Neil who came out was a star: efficient, helpful in answering questions and trouble shooting future problems. They were terrific. I would recommend them highly.

I have been trying to get this company to come out for days. I have sitting water in my kitchen sink for four days now, and if I wasn't renting I would have switched companies by now (rental agreement states that our landlord dictates those who can work on the place). I called the company today, and the lady just asked what street I lived on, and told me he'd be there between 12-2. Didn't ask my house number, didn't ask my name, and when I assertively said ""I absolutely need someone, today, I have to make sure I'm on that list because I can't even use my kitchen right now"", she simply repeated ""he'll be there between 12-2"" and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! What he'll be in the neighborhood between 12 and 2? Or will he somehow appear at my house between 12 and 2? The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, and if I had another option, I would recommended using someone else.

I can't say enough good about Baird's! The staff is friendly, and they don't mess around! Thank you for saving me on the weekend and not churching double the price. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs drains cleared. I can't help but notice the negative reviews and can only guess they are from a competitor as they are so far from the truth!

I'm not sure what the name of my person who came out to my house today (as I wasn't home when they came) but he was great in explaining what work needed to be done. With that being said. I was quoted $50-60 over the phone after I explained to
Them what the issue was. The technician came over and did his analysis using the camera and everything and determined that they there was a clog and I needed to do a cleanout therefore they didn't have the equipment for that and I would need to call a regular plumber. That's fine by me. But then they charged me $75 which is more than what I was told I was going to be charged over the phone to fix my problem. So I basically paid $75 for them to use a camera to find the problem but didn't fix anything. I understand the service needed was out of their scope but to charge me more than what I was quoted over the phone and not even fix the problem ?? It's absurd

This is the most unorganized, unprofessional company with some of the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. The secretary is the rudest woman on the phone. I understand this company has been around forever and i wonder how they've done this. You cannot schedule anything ahead of time. Did i mention that the receptionist has no idea what shes doing? Low tier pricing shouldn't mean crappy customer service

I called at 8:30 am this morning and the drain was cleared by 10:30 am for a very reasonable cost. The receptionist was professional and courteous as was Travis, the plumber. I highly recommend them for drain cleaning.

Once again I am very pleased with Baird's Drain Cleaning. Michael came out and not only was the drained cleaned he was very informative. I highly recommend using them and if you have to wait longer than expected it's well worth it!

Called at 2 pm on Saturday; drain was cleaned by 4 pm for $35! I'm only using Baird's from now on for drain cleaning needs. I'd had a handyman that had snaked it for me an hour previously, but said it was stuck somewhere between the kitchen sink and the wall and it needed a snake with something sharp to get through the hardened grunge. Baird's electric snake did the trick once he went in from the outside. Nice guy,too. Color me Very Happy!

Absolutely love, love this company. Where do I start, they our HONEST, RELIABLE, REASONABLE, they always give great advice, suggestions to keep your Plumming running smooth, they care about the people they service. Offer warranty within 30 days, I've been dealing with them over 13 years, these guys our GREAT.
The lady that answers the phone has always been so understanding. Thank you ALL for doing what you do with a smile.
