I've always been a fan of Baird, and I will use them again. I would give them 5 stars, but on my last call, their follow through wasn't great. They never came back to finish the work so we did it ourselves. For drain cleaning though, they are wonderful, reasonable and quick (except for Sundays) I'm glad they're around. You don't have to go broke to clean a clogged drain.

Read the reviews, be prepared for how it goes, and you can have a plugged drain cleared for $30, no messing around. We've had several different guys come out over the years, and they've all been friendly, considerate, and professional (if a bit run down from working). We've had easy ones like today's, and trickier ones that took an hour, and the drain is cleared. Tip the guys - this isn't a fun job. For the phone side of this, which you can read in the reviews: Just call for a future day, usually tomorrow, be friendly and quick, and she'll hang up when done. Only do one drain; you can't get into telling a story. Then be around all day. They'll call with a time window, then call right before.

Awesome experience. Called Baird for a second opinion after being quoted $1200 to replace a pipe that another plumber could not get unplugged ""without damaging it"". Baird got someone out to my house and they snaked the pipe. $25 dollars later everything is fixed! Glad we decided to call Baird!

Baird Drain Service is busy every time you call...because they are good. It might take a day or two for them to get to you, but for clogs, they are the best. I've used them three times. Friendly quick service. Their service time at the house take about 10 minutes. Each time I was charged around $25. Such a value for the service.

After my third phone call to the hag who answers, I still have no appointment. They are ""closed on Wednesdays"", good business plan. If I am lucky, maybe she will call back with an appointment time for next week. This place is a joke.

Great Service!!!! Michael came to my house yesterday to clean my kitchen drain. After 2 different plumbers came by and couldn't do the job. Michael got it done within 30 minutes! He cleared my kitchen drain, then noticed my laundry drain was backed up. He did that one too, didn't try to upcharge me. And was gone within 30 minutes!

Good service! Gave an eta. of 2:30-4:30pm and was here at 3:00pm.

Kitchen sink was clogged. I called after hours on friday. Receptionist returned my call 8am on the dot Saturday.

She is a straight to the point gal. Yea, she isn't much of a chit chatter, but she is efficient and effective at connecting her business time to your needs. She just asks which sink has the issue, and then will call you back to give you times the plumber will be in your area.

She called again around noon, let me know guy would be in area 2-4pm. Guy came 3pm on the dot. Did a good job for the kitchen sink clog, he even went on the roof to ensure the clogged was cleared thoroughly. Even chatted with my boyfriend about football for a few. In and out 30 minutes. Cost 30 dollars.

Quick service, gets the job done, no fuss, no BS, and awesome pricing. I absolutely adore it.

Will definitely use again, and recommend.

We had a blocked kitchen sink. After receiving a recommendation from a person at Home Depot, I called Tuesday afternoon. They were not available in my area Tuesday & I was not available Wednesday. They called me & came by on Thursday. Cleaned my drain in less than 10 min with no mess.

I used them from a friends recommendation. They don't drive pretty trucks and wear uniforms just like my friend told me. But they did fix my clog quickly, and at a very good price. Hooray a plumber I can trust.
