I tried the bigger guys and they completely misdiagnosed my problem. I had water from the second floor dripping through to the first and ruining my drywall ceiling. They blamed the washer machine, which is on the second floor, since they saw water and the floor around it. I called the washer machine company for warranty service, but in the meantime, water kept dripping for two days (at an even quicker pace as parts of the drywall opened up) Jim was here within 30 minutes of my call and he's like Detective Columbo crawling around upstairs looking for the culprit. He wasn't afraid to get dirty, and damn it!--he was going to figure out what was going on. Another 15 minutes and the problem-- a backed up pipe that served the upstairs shower, sink and washer-- was diagnosed... and after a thorough cleaning , the dripping stopped. And it hasn't come back. I have to deal with the drywall, and Jim provided excellent advice about that as well. I am thrilled, and needless to say, I recommend Trevett and Dave and Jim highly.
