Do not use! After they cash your check you will never hear from them. They will not issue a warranty nor return phone calls or emails.
Work was done, poor quality and they refuse to provide warranty!!!

They do decent work! Was satisfied with the foundation work itself. I was recommended to them by Kyle Properties, and they have what seems to be a decent warranty.

Once the work is done though, it is extremely hard to get hold of them. When you do, they give you an email to their office manager Caitie Vernon. It took a ton of calls and several emails that escalated up to their president Tracy Champlin to get a copy of the warranty. The full process took a week with noone ever actually responding to my emails or voicemails.

Recently, I tried to get them out to do an inspection on the foundation at our now new buyer's request and had simular issues and resorted to psycho calling in hopes that someone at the front desk would pick up. It landed me in a heated argument with Rick Crawford about being disruptive to business, a proclaimation that if voicemail doesn't work, email them, a promiss of a waiting time of 4 weeks, and a hang up at the end.
