Susan R.I was worried when I saw the other Yelp review, but that wasn't my experience at all! I have a home warranty product and they sent Geo plumbing for what I thought was a water leak in my HVAC closet. They said the plumber was coming the next day. I called the plumber directly because I didn't want to wait a day while the water was getting deeper and he said he'd squeeze me right in after his current job. Giovanni came by and was very professional. He wore a mask and shoe covers. Showed me that the drain was clogged and got to work clearing it out. He laid tarp down to protect my floors, snaked out the clog and was very patient with my questions, wanting to take pictures for the warranty (since my floor was damaged by the water). It was great service, quick, professional and perfect!
