I was referred to Wilson because of their fair prices and great work. I requested service for my older units in the Fretwell Bldg.in Los Gatos. Brian came out and found problems with the orig install from another company that could have led to real problems,Examp. improper fuses, heat venting on electrical panel,no cond. drain installed on one of the units. They will be taking care of all my needs from now on!

Once again, these folks came through with extraordinary and professional service. I called them for a pre-season furnace checkup and Eddie, their service guy, was right on time and went right to work. He found a duct that had disconnected and a small gas leak, which he quickly fixed. Our furnace has never worked better! I trust these guys, as I've purchased a furnace and water heater from them in the past and they've always completed all work on time and at a very reasonable cost. I'm amazed at the consistent quality of their staff, from my initial phone call to the work being completed. Thank-you!

I needed a hood vent cut down ASAP since the appliance installers were at my house- i went to a sheetmetal business and was told they could help me in a week.... Holding back tears i went to geo h wilson and asked if they could cut it down. The woman at the desk went to see what could be done- a man came out with a great, helpful attitude saying he could get it done now! They had no idea that they just saved me from a breakdown. THANK YOU Casey and all at geo h wilson.

New heater installed in 2013, great job, 5 stars. Two years later a part went out, after PGE visit I called Wilson for repair. The person who answered the phone pulled up our record, verified the type of heater, and I told her exactly what part was needed (based on my talk with the PGE person). I asked if the repairman would bring the part, she hedged her answer. Sure enough, he came out (40 minute RT, which customer pays for), verified in ten minutes that it needed the part I said it did, went back to get the part, returned and spent 15 minutes installing the part. Cost -- 2 hours at $128/hr, mostly for two trips from Santa Cruz to SLV, plus the cost of the part of course. When we called to complain, the receptionist said ""he can't carry around parts for every heater"" -- which obviously was hot air, as I asked for a specific part. BE WARNED.

I use Geo H Wilson for all 5 of my offices, and always have nothing but the best customer service. Our normal service tech David is amazing, can't say enough good things about him. He knows all our units inside and out, takes the time to explain and answer all my questions, and always makes himself available even if by phone. I never have to worry when he is on the job.
All new installations we have had over the last few years, always bring nothing but the best crews to do the work. I have worked with Vic and Matt a few times, and they were wonderful to work with, and like David, explain and answer all my questions, and I never have to worry about the quality of work. The crews that come are fast, professional and efficient. Everyone is great with communicating with me, and ensuring I am aware of how the installations progressing. Our offices have early hours, and they have always been great about accommodating our hours to have the least impact on workflow. When there have been concerns with the installs (or as with one unit, a minor leak), someone here right away to take care of it and fix whatever may need attention.
It is great to work with a company that has good customer service, I can not recommend them enough.

So the property management uses Geo.
Mike from Geo was knocking at my door about 45 minutes after my email went out. Thanks property management & Mike for being so prompt! I was wowed. Even though I didn't have any hot water for a few Mike was on it. Constantly checking in by phone. Came back 4 times.
Turns out there was nothing wrong with the massive hot water heater. Kids partying on the roof flipping switches. Mike would turn it in, they would turn it off. But Mike, the man who was on it, figured it out!!!
Great service!

This is going to sound like a canned review, but I've only had good experiences with these guys. I've used them three times, and they did the following:
- Showed up in a punctual fashion
- Fixed the issue
- Billed at very reasonable prices, and a few WEEKS after the service was complete.
- Were responsive on the phone.
Hats off guys, so far.

Great price, installation was timely after the sale, but service after the sale and installation -- forget about it! We tried for six weeks to get these guys to come out and rebalance our new furnace and find out why it was running and running. Granted, the weather had cooled somewhat and they were busy, but that cooler weather also exposed some problems with my furnace and ductwork which they had installed and warranted good for a year in my little 1200 s.f. home.
Their guy first refused to come out and then stalled so much we had to call the office and talk to one of the corporate officers to get him to come out and then he stalled some more. They were always too busy, had some big job going and living at the whim of the project manager.
When he did come out, nothing was their fault and he found a place where the ductwork had pulled apart at a major junction because ""somebody kicked it loose"". Now I was told that it was my plumber that did it and it would cost money to have it fixed. I asked did he put it back together and seal it with some aluminum tape and he said he did pull it back on. He said he needed another guy and several hours to fix it because it was at a major junction (1200 SF home with 8 ducts and one return...major?) Apparently, he needs to take this thing apart and put it back together again to fix this ""damage"". I read that as wow, the guys screwed up and either didn't cut the ductwork long enough or failed to tie everything together properly, or both and it blew off or pulled loose by itself. What do you think? At any rate, he had to go back to the shop and pull all of the paperwork in order to estimate what it will cost US to fix this DAMAGE. The estimate came back at 2 men for 4 hours at a cost not to exceed almost 1200.00! No materials, mostly labor and fix what was originally a 2400.00 job that include all new ductwork! We talked to the plumber and he said he didn't go near the problem area and my wife had gone under the house with him, to look at the work!
We are leaving for five weeks NEXT WEEK. Hey I live in a coastal area and we put wood floors in last year that need to have heat for moisture control. I am giving him 24 hours to get back to me and then we call his boss again, I guess. I am really tempted to get a third party in here just to take a look at this thing, but the warranty will be void if anybody else messes with it. Can you believe this company's record is clean with the contractors license board? I can't.
I really feel our job is too small for this guy to care about. It really makes me uncomfortable to have to make him uncomfortable to do something he doesn't want to do. If I had a ""do over"" button, I would definitely be pushing it now...
What finally happened is that we spoke with the owner and got them to send out the lead technician of the crew that installed the furnace. We like this guy! He took a look at it and quite quickly concluded that what had happened was that all of the new ductwork was probably not completely attached to the furnace under the house. He went right under there and confirmed that that was exactly what had happened. The vent makes a very tight turn right there and getting the duct attached is tricky, but not impossible. He wasn't part of the crew that was under the house with the ductwork, because he was Uncrating and installing the furnace in the garage. He detached the ductwork in another area and crawled back through the short section of duct to more firmly bolt the initial section of duct to the furnace and the problem was fixed. We were happy with that guy, but trying to heat our house in the proceeding months since the original installation with a furnace that was just dumping heat under the house cost me a lot of money while the management dragged their feet and pointed fingers when all that was going on is that the initial installation had a slight problem. I had to revise my review after reading a couple of years later and tell the rest of the story. I wish I could put the names of the project manager who wouldn't or couldn't accurately diagnose the problem and the conscientious foreman who quite willingly did and fix the problem so that you would know who to ask for when you have your installation....

I have been using George Wilson for all of our plumbing needs for the last few years and am extremely satisfied. All of their plumbers on staff are extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and reliable. I can't recommend the plumbers at George Wilson Inc enough.
I am also really happy with the person who does their scheduling (I'm sorry I've forgotten her name)- It's obvious she cares a lot about the customers and is very knowledgeable herself. She tries hard to accommodate your schedule, and to get the plumbers there as fast as possible. In every case, the plumbers have come to my house on time. Everyone at George Wilson is doing such a good job - Keep up the good work!

Be careful with guys. When my water heater burst, they did nothing. Sent one person, and then another. Finally I got my contractor to finish the job. After all was done they called and became unpleasant and demanded money for advising me that my heater was under warranty and could be replaced by a new one. I will never call them again.
