The tech that came out was fine but their pricing seemed wildly high and much higher than another estimate that I had. They were asking for $3600 to change out a water heater. That's pretty steep.

Update: just had a mold remediation company come out to bid the job. Their plumber and team quoted $2600 for the entire project. Plumbing, mold remediation, drywall and paint included. $1000 cheaper the Genzel quoted for JUST the plumbing.

If you call Genzel please make sure you get other quotes.

In my opinion, a rating of 5 stars does seem adequate enough to express how we feel about Genzel Plumbing. They are everything you could ever want or ask for in a plumbing company and so much more. Our son recommended them to us. And, they certainly lived up to everything he told us.

If you grew up in the 50s as I did, you will recall that Superman was described as being " faster than a speeding bullet...." Well, when we called Genzel Plumbing...Parker & Luke showed up at our front door almost that fast. They quickly assessed the situation and fixed the leak "in a flash".

We had a leaky hose bib that slowly got worse since the deep freeze we had last year. Brandon from Genzel was able to come out and fix the issue quickly. They were very transparent on the pricing and have a heads up about the variance depending on the severity of the problem. Luckily ours was a simple fix, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing work.

What a fantastic company. Every single person I interacted with was very professional and courteous. I had a toilet that needed to be reset with new wax ring. Genzel was one of the only companies that didn't charge me a fee to come give me a quote. It turns out their price was really fair too. It was much lower than some others had given over the phone. Brody Genzel (the owner's son) and a helper (forgot name) were very courteous, efficient, and professional. They made quick work of the toilet repair, cleaned the area, and re-sealed around the toilet. I was impressed.

Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.
