Save yourself some time and money and just go with these guys. Genuine was recommended by my brother-in-law and he was right. Professional, efficient and good pricing. No add-on selling or ""you had better get that other thing fixed or else"" warnings. Just great work.

My water heater was on its last legs so I figured I wouldn't wait for a flood. I got visits and bids from two other companies. Both were surprisingly expensive and wanted me to install a water heater that I felt was overkill. There are only two of us in this house and the bathrooms are less than 30' from the water heater. All I needed was to replace my 40-gallon with something reasonable.

I spoke with Clint and got a bid online. I took pictures of my current unit and the surroundings and Clint sent an estimate in less than a half-hour. It was a reasonable estimate, especially compared to the others I had received - i.e., much less expensive.

Clint arrived on the agreed time and got straight to work. He had even set up the water heater the night before to speed the installation which only took about 2.5 hours. Clint was professional, wore a mask, worked clean and didn't leave any mess. Not even a footprint. The install was perfect and we hardly knew he was here working. The only evidence is a detailed receipt and hotter water.

These guys helped me with a homeowers insurance issue with a broken toliet. It needed flush assist, was leaking. By talking it over on the phone with the owner he knew exactly what to do, so we got the part ordered on the phone so they didn't have to make two trips which would have ultimately cost me more money.

The repair man was polite and did his job fast and very well.

Great guys, and thank God there are good plumbers like these guys.

We recently had to call in warranty service on a water heater that was really old and making loud noises. They came and inspected and determined it needed to be replaced. The guy that came (Clint jr) for the initial inspection was very polite and professional and explained what was going to happen. Within a day or so they called me back to schedule the replacement install and they came back and took care it. Again, very polite and professional, they arrived on time, got it done in the time they said and did a very clean job installing our new water heater. Although we had no say in choosing the plumbing company (warranty company sent them) I will definitely be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks to Clint and Clint jr.
