Our kitchen sink was backing up and slowly draining. We called around to a few plumbers, but none were available. Genuine was able to give me an appointment for early the next day and was able to run a camera down to see the source of the clogging. They gave us a discount on clearing the clog down the line and were able to clear it up within 2 hours. They were courteous, and did a good post-job cleanup. I'd recommend them for future needs.

We had a plugged drain. I called and spoke with Clinton. He sent out Clinton Jr. right away! Clinton Jr. tried unclogging the drain from an outside clean out. Since that didn't clear the drain completely he recommended that I have the line water jetted. He gave me a price and explained the process, no pressure, I accepted the price.
