Wow! These guys are truly professionals. They were SO responsive and kept me in the loop on when they would arrive and what they were going to do before they did the work. David was the technician and he brought Yannik who was new. We needed to remount and reseal our guest toilet to the floor. They did the work quickly and it's good as new. They even answered my other plumbing questions and didn't try to upsell me on other services.

They are pretty pricey (total came out to ~$500) but there's a one year warranty on the service. And I really appreciated their communication and reliability. You can tell they are passionate about their work, and I would use them again in the future.

I would like to give 10 stars if there is 10 stars.
My old Kitchen drain pipe had bursted at night. I have had several job done by other teams over the past 2 years for other reasons and I was not happy.
This time I got referred by co worker ""Try Genteel Plummer! I was satisfied with their working! "". Called very next morning and I got visited within 3-4 hrs.

Fast response. Fast arrive. Quick inspection of the leak area all the way down to garage underground pipe.
Mr. David Mendoza gave quote and able to start right away.
I was quite worry about Gas pipes or electric lines but He made sure he has knowledges. Any questions I had he was able to teach me what it is the answer with respectable manners.

Great communication from initial contact through job completion.
He was kept informed on work. Change. Cost, timeline throughout.
David and his team. Skilled technicians complete work with excellent results in 2 days.
Not just that Davis is well mannered and well spoken gentlemen who I can trust but also calmly explain things twice sometimes.
Professional leadership. Quality.Customer service value.

If have 10 stars I would give Mr.David Mendoza and his team Genteel Plummers!

Hired Genteel to clear a blocked main sewer line. No complaints about David and his assistant, they hydro-jetted the line and cleared it enough for it to flow but the camera footage after showed a lot of roots, so I have a larger problem to deal with, But at least they helped me in my emergency, where I couldn't use the toilet or any sinks since my whole cottage was backing up. The plumbers were friendly and competent; my only complaint was the high price at $1,889.00, and that was after I got them to include the camera video of the line which they originally quoted at $339 more. I paid this high price because it was an emergency, but certainly would have looked for a better price if it wasn't.

They will upsell you as much as possible and pressure you into paying for their service.
Get a few different estimates before choosing them. Lots of these "" five star reviews"" aren't actually posted by customers if you get what I mean.

A few weeks ago my kitchen sink drain backed up. I was unable to unclog the drain line. I called Genteel Plumbers and they promptly responded to my problem by using the right equipment to clear the blockage in the drain line. I was very grateful for Genteel Plumbing's response and the professionalism of Daniel and his coworker. Thanks again Genteel.

Chris and Daniel were both great. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and called Genteel. This is the second time I've used this company. The guys came first thing in the morning, as I needed to get to work. They diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous, explained the problem and what they needed to do to fix it. Got it done and cleaned up after they completed the work. I was quite pleased with their service.

I've used Genteel Plumbers twice in the past year and have been very happy with their responsiveness and professionalism.

They've done some basic work for me, connecting a water line to my fridge and snaking my kitchen drain pipe to clear a blockage. But they've also some some heavier duty work, fixing a leaking pipe in my basement.

When you're in a pinch. These guys get the job done. Joe and Daniel were friendly, prompt and knew exactly what they were doing.

Jo and Edgar came to fix my bathtub spout and shower within just hours of calling the office. They were professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. They fixed the issues quickly and did a great job. The representative in the office, Graham or perhaps Grant was communicative and responsive.
